The more I see (and learn), the sicker I feel.

So what was he being charged with? It doesn't say specifically. Maybe helping get rid of the body?? Oh Lordy!!
Yeah, probably something like "accessory after the fact."

Hopefully his truck has GPS so between that and cell phone they will find Naomi.

Excellent point about the truck. A big expensive truck like that is certain to have telematics.

That's playing a pretty big part in another case I'm following.

They should know exactly where he traveled based on that alone. The issue is that it does take a little while to analyze.

I just have the feeling he's done this "kind" of thing before.
He's got a criminal history for sure.
Thinking he's familiar with larger trucks/equipment than the one he was arrested with.
They haven't found her yet and yes they are searching first thing tomorrow starting at the Love's Truck Stop...
  • The west parking lot behind Loves truck stop at 10:00 a.m. on March 26.
He does not look like the type of man a lovely young lady like her would want anything at all to do with.

Update: Fallon man arrested in missing Fernley woman’s case
Frankly, he gives me the creeps. Not because I wouldn't speak to him if he passed me on the street, instead because he looks relatively "normal".
These kidnappers and stealers of lives often go unnoticed among the general public. That's how they operate.
Being involved in the type of employment he has, let's just say "if" he has priors, many times it's an unfortunate truth that heavy equipment and other such firms will hire these people.
I just can't,
Chi

The color photo…did someone bite off the top of his ear?!

WOW….is this what he’s been up to since 1997? The way he stalked her in that parking lot, spoke volumes. He wasn’t giving off ‘1st time offender’ vibes, that’s for sure.

IRC, there is a search scheduled for tomorrow.

Websleuths spoke to Casey a couple of hours a go, he wanted to let everyone know that the search is still on for tomorrow and that unless their is another press release before tomorrow that it will be going ahead as planned

Yes he gives us the creeps, maybe because we know what he's probably done.
If he talked to me inside the corner store, I'd probably ignore him.
Doesn't really matter, he's not our kind of guy.
Is this the booking photo?

Comparison looks very much the same as the images on the surveillance video.
Also, if he was planning this as I suspect he was, there's no reason to think that a criminal nowadays wouldn't just shut their phone off. Ghost it.
If his truck has gps, lowjack, etc, maybe he swapped vehicles rather quickly.
We just don't know.
He gives me the creeps mainly because I know he's been arrested. For kidnapping.
I see people like him every day. It's the average, maybe "too average" ones that basically get ignored and go on to do things like this.
In my opinion,
Chi

So glad they found him, god knows if he was going to keep doing it. I hope he gives the family information.

He gives me the creeps too. Add a bit more hair and he’d be a ringer for Brian David Mitchell… I think it’s the eyes.

How are y’all seeing his fb? It’s completely locked on my end.

Crazy that he was likely caught because he parked his victims car near his very distinctive truck and drove away in broad daylight. Seems he’s either a clueless rookie or an overconfident brazen serial killer.

That he may have been involved in a cold blooded execution style murder 25 years ago and then the way he boldly kidnapped her right in front of witnesses suggests the latter. Moo

One last thought for the night, who's to say this is his only time kidnapping a woman.
I know there's other missing teens and grown women from Nevada. There always are.
Most times they don't draw the attention that this case has, and we never find out what happened to them. :( They are just never accounted for. At all.
Hoping we will get answers for Naomi and her family.
Chi
