Vigil tonight in Fernley at 7pm at Out of Town Park.

Heartbreaking to see the family. I just can't imagine. The not knowing has got to be the worst in all of these cases :(

Another search planned for Sat. Still coordinating plans.

Appreciative of all the community support. Over 700 people signed in for last weekend's search.

The shuttle bus picks up employees between 5:30 and 5:40 AM

13 yo brother is talking but can't understand what he is saying. Feed is not good. LE back up, asking people wanting to search to contact Casey or LE so it's coordinated. ALL LE actively searching, processing info.
Stressing people can provide info/tips anonymously. Just contact them if you have any info. Hoping to catch big break (uggh that doesn't sound good unless they have helpful info they aren't releasing) with tips.

Wow. He was cutting it close. JMO

This all goes to premediation and stalking. He knew what his window was. He most certainly knew when she usually arrived, and how many other fellow workers were usually in the lot waiting, too. Knew where everyone normally parked, I think.

My guess is that those employees who usually took the shuttle did not park directly in front of the entrance, and didn't park together in a block, so as not to use up the best parking spots for Walmart patrons. Probably all waited in their vehicles because of the morning cold and didn't hang around the pickup spot until the shuttle arrived.

Do we know where the shuttle stopped in the parking lot?

I'm curious as to what led to the coordinated search of the Hill Ranch/Rt 427 area. Does anyone have information on that?

The thing I took away about the suspect truck is that it seems that the truck was seemingly not stolen, as LE seem sure that whoever was in it had access to it, but perhaps they were unable to read a license plate on it, or there was no license plate on it, or had a stolen plate on it, as it seems that LE have not been able to identify the owner or driver of it, or locate the truck. I am inclined to believe the truck is either garaged and being hidden, or it is no longer in the area, as surely someone would have spotted it before now. It is a rather distinctive looking truck. May be a stupid question… if they are relatively sure about the suspected truck, why no amber alert?

Amber Alerts are for ages 17 and under.

I searched on FB but only found one post w/o any info. Not in news yet (I'm local) and can't tell if she's actually missing, run away or any info yet. Says to contact Lyon County Sheriff but no case number or anything helpful yet.

There was also a young woman 23 (Anna Scott) found shot and in her car and they burned her car in Feb. Don't think it's related but just another indication of crime here. They are still looking for the suspects on that one :(
Thanks for taking the time to research. That’s why no thread. No msm presence yet.

Can somebody listening summarize for those of us who aren't in a position to listen live? Thanks!
Mom was there. Every family member made me cry. I saw moms first interview and that had me hooked.

I believe cell ping from what I recall. Hmm, tried a quick search but can't confirm. Sheriff Page doesn't confirm but I thought that's what I saw when it went live this weekend.

Agree with you here. You'd think if the owner is the suspect, we'd have that info. Also if it was stolen.
Based on the planning, my guess is there was no license plate or stolen.

Going back a bit but people have suggested talking to Tesla/Panasonic about possibility of an employee being a suspect. Makes me wonder just how hard or time consuming that would be as well. These manufacturing/warehouse type jobs usually go thru staffing agencies and many are hired temp to perm. Just another thing they likely had or have to check. Regardless, I would imagine HR has employee records but not 100% of that if they are technically staffed thru an agency. (Been a while since I've worked in that capacity so don't remember but different companies have different policies as well).
