I've seen others where the pleas etc. didn't happen and usually people pounce on it as a sign of family guilt. Thank goodness that doesn't seem to be happening here. I can't recall specific cases to mind, though.

There is currently a helicopter out over southern Lyon county, south of Highway 50.

B06 Bell 206L-4 LongRanger Looks like it flew out of Yerington/Smith Valley, currently hovering east of Cleaver Peak. Not really in where I would have expected the search area to be.

Curiously, a small private plane has flown out of RNO airport to very close to that same are, but is now likely doing "touch and go's" at the Silver Springs airport.

The B06 Bell 206L-4 LongRanger is doing a curious circle pattern at relatively low altitude around small hills, going from one to another. The sort of thing you'd do if you were looking for lost sheep, I imagine.

I’m not sure if this comment will be well received, but I’ve not seen a PC where family didn’t speak directly to the missing persons or the suspect. Meaning: no one said “please if you’re watching this, please bring her home, please don’t hurt her.” Or “Naomi if you’re watching, we love you, we are going to find you”, etc. which makes me wonder if whatever evidence was found in the car that led police to believe a crime had been committed, was enough evidence to determine there was an attack and that a person could not have survived that attack, and at this point they are looking for the suspect, and they believe she isn’t alive. Forgive me if this is harsh, I don’t mean it to be. But could the family already be made aware that she may not be alive? This is all just IMO.

Pretty much same as the previous one. Not hearing anything new. Reiterating ANYONE to come forward with info, regurgitating the facts of her disappearance, asking for anyone in the Walmart Parking lot during the time they suspect her disappearance to provide any info. Then reporters are asking questions now.

I think they need to release the video they have so we the public can get a better idea of anything out of the ordinary that happened as he took over. Plus would need to see video of them getting in the truck.

Also what about street cams. Most large cities have them at most stop lights

Hi, I feel that there is definitely some employment connection, otherwise he could have abducted Naomi on her drive to work instead of chancing possible witnesses (less chance of cctv etc).
Is there a chance that he could be a former shuttle driver? He would know the schedule, carpark layout etc. And also if he had seen Naomi waiting in the past, have had an idea of where she parked.

I just watched a clear video of the suspect walking away from the camera.
And it really looks to me like the suspect does not bend his left knee.
At the start of the video of him seen from behind, he sways his left leg outwards. And I can't see the left leg being (clearly) bent anywhere.
The suspect from time to time wavers and seems somewhat off balance.
Being familiar with joint issues I'm convinced something's up with the left leg.
Arthritis, pain, injury, prosthetic leg, something.

LE should have an orthopedic surgeon or rehabilitation therapist analyze the suspects gait.

Yeah a lot have said they think it looks like he has a prosthetic lower leg.
