I heard (wasn't watching) someone on the news tonight say that the prosecutor did not need the "victim's" cooperation to pursue charges like those that should be filed in this case. I had to run, so don't know why, but that's what some lawyer said.

I used to think Clinton was slick. Hmph.

I would tend to agree that they don't need the victim's cooperation to file charges. It's not like this is a rape case.

A suspect believed to have accompanied O.J. Simpson during an alleged armed robbery of a Las Vegas hotel room was arrested by Las Vegas police Saturday, the Las Vegas Review Journal reported Sunday.

According to the Review Journal, charges against the man, who police questioned Saturday, include conspiracy to commit robbery.

The man's name was withheld, but sources told the Review Journal that it was not Simpson.

I seriously think karma is hitting OJ in the teeth! He wants everyone to think he is such a wonderful gentleman. LOL He is a murdering, thief & a boisterous one at that.

He's digging a pretty deep hole for himself, everywhere he goes. The publicity he is getting is horrid. The question is.. how much lower will he go? Why won't LE stand up to this ? Why is everyone afraid of him? Is it because they know he'll kill them?

I can't stomach to watch anything on TV about him. He is a sorry excuse for a human being. I'd like to wipe that smirk right off his murdering face. What a looser he is!!!!!

What muddies it up, however, it is reported that O.J. talked with one of the so-called victims and they agreed to let him have some of the photos back the day afterward.

In the next world, O.J. is probably going to come back as a slug. It is lower than a snake and has no real worth. Besides, he was given the gift of speed in this life that he abused...so it would make sense it was totally taken away. >wink<

IMO your opinion is very good. A sociopath that thinks they are above the law and has already gotten away with double murder. That is is very dangerous combination indeed. I just hope this charge can stick and he can once again see the inside of a cell for some time.

They are saying he won't get bail...

1) flight risk, due to no ties with Las Vegas and his past flight in 1994.
2) can be considered dangerous, since he was once charged with double murder...and
3) severity of charges against him.
