I missed it too. Is this why Yale and the LV attorney each stated they were the only attorneys?
By the way, I think the LV attorney is quite nice to look at!

I didn't even see him but I think Yale is feeling a little territorial. "He's been MY client for MANY years!" :stamp foot:

LOL I shoulda done that then they'd really think I was a nutjob. BTW Kato is my cat's name and I had her before the 1st crime or trial occurred.
OH! Named for Inspector Clouseau's sidekick/manservant?

I still think the next time you call YG's office you should introduce yourself as "Kato".:D

No. It was because of something that happened last night I think. I think that someone was claiming or wanting to think they were O.J.'s attorney so YG just wanted to correct that assumption and make it clear. I really don't know all the details.

Thanks Anita!:)
It was said that this LV attorney is tops in LV and comes with a big price tag also. If nothing else, this matter is going to cost OJ a small fortune!

The LV attorney made that stipulation too. Interesting.

Pardon me if this has been posted, but apparently one of the victims of this robbery is claiming to have helped O.J. set up offshore bank accounts in order to move his money so that the Goldman/Brown families cannot collect on their judgment:

TMZ has obtained an audiotape recorded one hour after O.J.Simpson and his crew allegedly robbed two men in a Las Vegas hotel room.

An hour after the incident, Bruce Fromong, a sports memorabilia dealer and an alleged victim, can be heard ranting, "Nobody puts a gun in my f****n' face. I stood up for that motherf***er in -- in while he was in jail. I stood up for him in the press. I stood up for him on the, on the stand. I helped him set
up his f***in' offshore accounts. Don't 🤬🤬🤬🤬 with me."

I've heard about the offshore accounts but I hadn't heard that Fromong helped him. Interesting.

I saw that on the Drudge Report awhile ago...read it with GREAT INTEREST, Jeana!

I guess someone alleged he was OJ's lawyer on Greta's show last night. He had been to see OJ, and told Greta (or her staff) that he was OJ's attorney. He had copies of filings he had made with the court regarding bail reduction, if I heard correctly. Nobody else had filed anything in LV, so Greta's show went with the story. I didn't see the interview, but apparently this guy said a lot of things about OJ and the case that Yale wouldn't say on TV or about one of his clients! So Yale Galanter is very upset with Greta/Fox and won't appear on her show ever again, supposedly.

I think it's all on her "Greta Wire" site.

Greta seems to think he'll get over it and make an appearance someday.

They are also joking that OJ will find someone to talk to, despite warnings from his attorney!

Wow. Isn't there a saying that applies here? Something about urinating where you dine? :croc:

I heard that...God forbid Mr. Fromong passes on, could Mrs. Simpson's son, Orenthal, be looking at a murder charge?

I just heard on Ctv (Jean Casarez) that Mr. Fromong is still in critical condition, had a massive heart attack.

I watched Larry King last night, then Greta. I was horrifed with the way Larry King and guests were "leaning". The lawyers and people on there kept talking about how the charges would end up being dropped and OJ was going to be exonerated and how innocent he was, on and on.........
It was very depressing listening to their "confidence" in his going free.

Listening to Greta, I was getting back on track. Didn't feel as depressed. So different. Instead of "if Mr. Fromong dies, the case will go away" we get "if Mr. Fromong dies, he could be charged with murder".

Larry seems to have set up his guests that favor the defence. He's such a wh**e. IMO of course.

No wonder Yale has his tightie-whities in a bunch. Greta and gang weren't writing off this case as he'd like.

Ahhhhh! Thanks very much. I found it on her blog today:

http://gretawire.foxnews.com/ QUOTE:

Wow!!! You missed the fireworks at the jail after the show!!! OJ’s Miami lawyer Yale Galanter was angry!! Here is the history..

On Monday night, after our show, OJ’s Miami lawyer told me by phone that he was in Miami, that he was coming to Vegas Tuesday and that he represented OJ Simpson. I told him that we had received information that Simpson had a Nevada lawyer. We got that information from the Las Vegas court. Yale said that was not true. I asked Yale if he were admitted to the Bar in Nevada and he said no and gave me the name of the lawyer he would be using as his local lawyer. On Tuesday I called that local lawyer but he did not return my call.

On Tuesday one of my producers said that Las Vegas lawyer Scott Holper said he would talk to us. I was also told the lawyer had met with Simpson and told - again - that Holper said he is Simpson’s lawyer. We went to Holper’s office, and before we even started the interview, I spoke to Holper. He told us that he is a criminal defense lawyer and that he is one of OJ Simpson’s lawyers. Specifically he said he has met with OJ twice at the jail (Monday and Tuesday morning) and that OJ told him he wants him on the defense team. Holper also showed me a motion for a bond that he filed Monday afternoon with Simpson and I asked for a copy and he gave me one.

I asked him about the status of Yale Galanter on the case and he said that he was told that he would get faxed a substitution of counsel — but that it had not arrived. He was hoping to be on the legal team as he had lots of Nevada experience. I asked him to call should a substitution of counsel get faxed to him and we checked right before we went to air and none had arrived.

We interviewed Holper and we showed you the interview. After our show, Yale Galanter walked out of the jail and I asked him about Holper. Incidentally, to add to the confusion, Holper is the only lawyer who has filed anything on behalf of Simpson — he filed the bond motion. As soon as I mentioned Holper, Yale, as they say, “went off.” He threatened Holper to us — said he was going to get Holper disbarred…used an expletive….etc. Yale was furious. Per some estimates, Yale’s upset (and my questioning about Holper) went on for about 5 minutes.

So…all I can say at this point is…there will be fireworks but this is not so terribly unusual. Lawyers fight often over clients. It can get dirty and ugly….

Incidentally, some people criticize lawyers for talking…but if you watched our entire show, you also saw Clarence Stewart’s lawyer Robert Lucherini. He talked to us and I thought he did a great job for his client. His client can’t talk right now - it would not be smart - but Robert did speak for his client and I thought he did a good job for him.

I made a New Year's resolution to not watch dead people masquerading as talk show hosts. Saves me tons of aggravation!
