From FOX News - Sat. Jan. 12 - 7 PM EST Program
Casey Stegall, a correspondent for FOX, apparently got a one-on-one with the Juice's bail bondsman, Miguel Pereira.
Here's how it shook out ...
Upon his arrival in Vegas - Simpson's legal team immediately said that O.J. did nothing wrong - that he did not violate the terms of his release.
They said - the Judge had stated that it was okay for Simpson's attornies & investigators to contact co-defendants in this case.
So O.J.'s lawyers said the bail bondsman (Miguel) - the one that O.J. asked to leave a nasty message for C.J. Stewart, a co-defendant who testified against him, *was serving as an investigator* which makes this all okay.
Well - the bondsman tells a very different story. He told FOX News in an exclusive interview that he has never served as an investigator and that the Juice took advantage of him.
Miguel also stated that while on the way to jail - O.J. was bragging to him that he would not be behind bars for long because he had the best attornies and they would get him out of a jam in a quick fix.
Bottom line: The arrogant over-confident Simpson will stay in jail until his hearing on Wed. At that time, the Judge will decide one of 3 actions.
1.Keep the

in jail until his April 7th trial date.
2. Increase his bond.
3. Give him a slap on the wrist & let him go.
Here's hoping the Judge chooses door #1.
