fasteddy4;5032708]Got the info about the search on Saturday morning. Don't know if any of you will be there but I will be.

Fairy1;5032798]My company owns several private planes, so I called our Aviation Division peeps this afternoon to get the scoop.

I'll be there. I'm driving down there from salt lake at 2 am.

I've made arrangements to be able to join in on the search Saturday,

A big THANK YOU to those joining in the search.

"The tipster would like to remain anonymous, but he or she is known to a private investigator who is working with us, and he trusts this person very much," Koecher told The Salt Lake Tribune Friday.

That statement is interesting. Has me wondering, though.

Pure speculation here:

This tip is so random. They've been searching for months and then the PI suddenly gets a tip from someone he trusts? It makes me wonder if the tip is from a psychic and they're remaining anonymous because they know many people wouldn't take a psychic's information seriously.

Just my thoughts. I do hope it pans out, though.

With google maps we are all psychics. LOL

I have a friend here in northern Utah. I have made several post about Steven on my Facebook page. She informed me this morning, she and her daughter will be going to henderson tomorrow. Also I have heard from Steven's friends from his Bloomington Hills ward, they will also be going down.
Thanks to everyone going down. The love is there!

Of all the news coverage this morning, this one from a St George source has the most info: KCSG-TV.

(Warning: press STOP below the flashing images unless you like hard-to-read jerky text.)

Frankly, I'm bothered by these reports that reveal the exact area of the search, because the reward-hunting 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬 are going to be all over it, disturbing things.

With a $10,000 reward floating around, a tipster gives a lead to a PI and wants to remain anonymous?

Mind you not just any tipster, one who is well known to the PI and trusted.

I am putting less and less stock in this "tip" with each passing moment.

The PI is, however, getting great free advertising in the process.

If they find Steven's body near that airport, I will retire from WS as I would have been so far off the mark that I should keep my opinions to myself.

You can phone in an anonymous tip and still claim a reward. That's how CrimeStoppers works. You are given a secret code, and can later take that code to redeem the reward.

How many people would want their name and other personal information published in the newspapers, if a crime is involved?

If you think you have to leave WS after this is all over, there will only be 3 people left on WS ;)

Most people never know where to find a body. Here a trusted acquaintance of a PI hired by the Koechers just happens to have a lead on where to find the client's son's body?

That is way off the charts bizarre.

As for retiring, well what can I say? I'd like to think I am more right than wrong on these things and if he is dead in that field, I would be way off the mark. That is unless of course, he was killed by BDW. [NOTE - BDW are not the initials of a real person. BDW is an imaginary character, the same way some people refer to the SFK or Smiley Face Killer. ]

WR....delete that last sentence...! You could never do that...lol.
There is something strange about the tip. I agree. I don't want to go
negative with so many people extending themselves to search. I wonder if
the tipster will be there.

BDW are not the initials of a real person so I am not slandering anyone. The reason I said it was that if the fictitious BDW did harm, then at least I was partially correct. If there is no BDW involved then I really was off the mark.

I do not understand. I answered your post about leaving (post #209) and you responded to me about BDW and slander.

Didn't you already explain that BDW was the fictional name "Big Daddy Warbucks"?

yes I think "BDW" was involved. My thought is Steven knew something, and BDW made an excuse to get him down to henderson. Asking him to meet him at his parents place-out in front of the home(a example). And they were going to pick the parents(or whoever) at the airport, and BDW did something to SK. Just a thought.

Okay, if there was a tipster, wouldn't he or she been brought in for questioning? Maybe it was a psychic they hired. If there was a tip, that person would have to had something to do with it. Or the person that did something to sk would have told the tipster about it. What are your thoughts on this?

I'm wondering if there was someone in the subdivision who finally put two things together.???
