But then there was that kind of uncomfortable part at the end where he did not rule out one of the Meyers being charged...

False statements to LE to start with? While the charges against EN most likely are valid, the son who fired a weapon at him may also face charges.

Anyone else find it odd that Bob, after receiving the most devastating news of his life while hundreds of miles from home... trying to hold it together while he makes this agonizing journey back to his heartbroken and terrified children... has the foresight to CALL THE MEDIA? I would hardly be able to even DRIVE... someone would have to drive me home.. I would be a basket case... not establishing a media personality... unless of course I had kind of expected it...

Considering it is unlikely that Bob had the television stations numbers stored in his mobile, after hearing his wife was shot he made it a priority to Goggle the phone numbers and cold call the media. It makes absolutely no sense from any angle.

It has crossed my mind that the Meyers knew the kid's identity all along and hoped they would get access to him first. This is what happens a lot in many shootings....the suspect is known but the gang won't give the police the information because they wish to take justice into their own hands......and I just rather called them a gang...oh well.

there seems to be a ''wannabee'' element to this case. At the end of the interview ((the last one)) I noticed a neck tat on RM -- the whole gang thing seemed to be the theme......they reminded me a bit of Dawg wannabees

Many, many people were posting on that fund site that they were reporting it for fraud. He was removing negative comments as fast as they were posted last night.

I personally do not buy that he shut down the fund site, I think it was shut down for him. I think he is just saving face. With all the yarns that have been told, I don't feel bad for not giving him the benefit of the doubt. When a fund is shut down, there are no $'s to return because they were never collected.

I wonder if that could be some sort of tactical move by LE. To get RM to think that they believe his BS, and thereby encourage him to keep talking and to continue digging himself in deeper and deeper.

EN may or may not be the shooter, and may or may not have been the first to fire. Charges against him may well be warranted. But I don't for an instant believe that the Meyers family are innocent victims. They're hip-deep in deception and lies, and LE is fully aware of that. IMO.

They have already admitted that Tammy and her armed son went 'looking for the road rage guy. The problem for the son now, is that we know there was no road rage guy. And he and his Mom already knew WHO they were looking for and where he lived. So now we have to assume that he and mom went over to the shooters house LOOKING for him. That makes them the aggressors at this point. JMO

So mom allegedly knew where EN lived and yet EN did not know where she lived even though she fed him and counselled/consoled ((depending on news source)) him??

If they knew him, and had a confrontation with him, how would be possible for them not to know he did it?

IDK--it was dark and they didn't know he was the shooter?? Just trying to give those who are currently the victims the benefit of doubt until we have a bit more info.

But in one of his many interviews, he stated that because they knew him they feared for their life since he knew where they lived. He also stated that the accused threatened them and said that he was going to kill them (again, another detail just added today). So how would they not recognize who was out of the car and making this threat if they were so familiar that mother had "counseled" him, spent time with him in the park, etc? He was not a casual acquaintance. He had meals in their home!

The more he has talked and added to the story the more it sounds like they were taking a conflict into their own hands with a person they were well acquainted with and just dreamed up the road rage story to spin away from the truth...and explain how a dead woman ended up the front yard. They had to tell the LE something and the truth wasn't it. IMO.

What made Bob think that it would be helpful to the police investigation to withhold the fact that Tammy knew Erich Nowsch quite well?

You know there's something suspect going on in your life when you think that it's better to call your 20 year old son and ask him to be armed outside the house to help instead of calling law enforcement or driving to a police station.
