BBM

Chambering a round does not necessarily mean you want to shoot. Pulling the trigger does. There's no testimony saying that Brandon pulled the trigger of his gun while in the car. JMO.

So why did Brandon & Tammy take Brandon's gun and go looking for the silver car? Were they bringing it tea and scones?

Why didn't TM just stay home, go inside, and call 911 if she was so worried?

In this case, the alleged murder has been more truthful than the alleged victims.

I wonder why that is?

I won't dispute that some members of the Meryer's family have been untruthful. Why I'm not sure. The defendants have an obvious motive to be less than truthful.

There is a clear victim in this case and it's Tammy Meyers. No matter what she may have done that evening she didn't deserve to be shot to death.

Exactly. Just because victims are less than perfect doesn't mean it's o'key to shoot at them and kill them, when they are trying to run away or hide.

So, when he first claimed to the cops he had an alibi (I believe some sort of music video), was he truthful? Obviously not, because his "alibi" witness didn't support his alibi.

Straw man arguments don't work here, because everyone knows that no one has said any such thing.

It's clear that there was an intended victim, and that was EN. No matter what he may have done in the past, he didn't deserve to be stalked, threatened and chased.

This has already been discussed.

First, everyone expects the accused to lie. No one expects the family of the alleged victim to lie. We know why EN lied; we want to know why the Meyerses lied.

Second, once EN said to Det. Mogg "Okay, I'll tell you what happened, I'll tell you the truth," his account from that point on comports with the available evidence. The stories from the Meyerses still don't comport with the evidence. So yes, EN has been more truthful than the Meyerses.

Ever heard of citizen arrest?

I don't expect accused to lie, so please don't include be in your 'everyone."

LOL. Yeah, right.

Citizen's arrest for what? EN was sitting in the park minding his own business. He wasn't the road rager. There's no evidence that he did anything to BM or TM or KM prior to being stalked, threatened and chased. If anything, he should have made a citizen's arrest of them.

So alleged drug dealing is minding his own business to you?

If anyone is charged with those things we'll be on the same side. The only victim's so far are Tammy and her family.

Fine, wow, okay.

Do you expect the children of a gunshot victim to lie? Why did the Meyerses lie? Why are they still lying? What are they covering up? Why did they go out that night with a gun to stalk, threaten and chase EN? Why did they lie about it?

As far as who has been charged with something, yes, you're right. The Meyers' lies served their intended purpose, by painting them and their mother as victims in a case in which they and their mother were the aggressors.

RM really was ingenious in contacting the media even before he got home from California. He got out in front of this thing and got the driving lesson and road rage story out there right away, and got his wife and kids portrayed as victims in the media before anyone could actually figure out what happened.

I have to admire the man. He knew what he was doing.

I can't see how any lies that the Meryer's family may have made exonerate the defendants. JMO.

We don't know what happened that night. We can't determine if the defendants are guilty of anything until we know. The Meyers' lies have interfered with the police investigation and have made it near-impossible to figure out what really happened.

Tammy is a victim. She's dead from bullets fired by the defendant. JMO.

Thank God he didn't try to shoot, because that little 🤬🤬🤬🤬 could have blown him away too.

Huh? You do know he finally succeeded in firing his gun 3 times? What is the correlation between shooting and being killed? BM shot and is alive. TM did not shoot and she was killed. EN shot and he is alive.
