Neither had I any idea what people could or could not do and some of the restrictions regarding preparing food seem to border on hazardous. Normally, however, leaving something such as a crock-pot on low for several hours would not cause a fire, unless, of course there is a short in the appliance or electrical outlet. A hot plate, in my opinion, would be like leaving a stove burner on overnight.[/FONT][/COLOR]

I can't even fathom the pain the father is feeling. Thankfully he has his strong faith, and a large community to help them thru this. All those people coming out to say goodbye and to support the family is truly a beautiful thing.
