An SUV driver fatally mowed down a 74-year-old pedestrian in Brooklyn Wednesday night before fleeing the grisly scene, according to a troubling video and police.

Troubling surveillance footage shows the moment a white SUV slams into Segundo Reina-Gaon — brutally catapulting the pedestrian from the crosswalk into a parked car and then the pavement at Ridge Boulevard and Bay Ridge Avenue around 9 p.m. in Bay Ridge.

the guy in the red shirt was looking back as the SUV approached the victim like he suspected it was going to happen
it almost feels intentional - they should've easily seen him and slowed down or swerved
were they looking at their phone?
