State Police say Chandler was last seen about a week ago in the City of Oneonta. They say she has not made contact with any family or friends since.

Chandler is described as 5’5, approximately 150 pounds and has blue eyes.

Last seen, police said she had shoulder length brown hair with blonde ends, wearing a t-shirt, jeans and black sneakers.
