Prince Andrew is not acting like a man with a clear conscience right now.

He's not acting like a person who knows he is innocent of wrong-doing and has nothign to fear.

He's acting like a very privileged individual who wants to hide out while new information is revealed.

If hypothetically a member of royal family has allegedly done anything improper and there is video evidence to prove it what realistically is going to happen. I can’t see anything being done in the U.S legally that would upset Buckingham Palace.

I don't think the royals will deny, but instead simply say nothing.

I think it's more their style to refrain from commenting on controversies involving them, with only rare exceptions. (This might turn out to be an exception to the silent treatment.)

Not cool of him to bring disgrace to the family, but Andrew's mom is nearing the end of an incredibly long reign. It's not at all fair that she needs to even think about this, imo.

Andrew cannot give any plausible denial of knowing there were illegal acts being committed by Epstein, even after his conviction.

Question to Joi Ito: Did you not conduct due diligence? I'm not convinced that you didn't know about JE's FL conviction. You invited JE to a conference in 2013 - 5 years after his conviction.

IMO, your apology comes across as more of a CYA and less as a true apology to JE's victims.
