Found Safe NY - Briar Latanville, 23, Lindenhurst, 15 Dec 2016

Police are seeking the public’s help to locate a Lindenhurst woman who has not been heard from in more than two months.

Briar Latanville, 23, of 480 North Clinton Ave., last spoke to her parents, who live in Canada, on Dec. 15 and her family reported her missing on Feb. 20.

Latanville is white with short blond hair and blue eyes. She is 5-foot-1 and approximately 100 pounds. She has also gone by the names Lacey Esposito and Briar Esposito.

Detectives are asking anyone with information to contact the First Squad at 631-854-8152 or dial 911.

Wow, missing since Dec 2016 already. There's little information available. Has she dropped out of sight before? Any known mental health or substance abuse issues? Etc.

It's very odd to me that no one noticed she was missing before this, or at least no one who knew her well enough to contact her family. I've found little things on the internet - she perceived herself as an aspiring actress, and reviewed beauty products on Amazon.

Not much.

The GN girls (AFAIK) ran away after arguing with parents. No? And one of them is back home.

As for Briar, I don't think LISK has anything to do with this. I'll wait a little before sharing my opinion.

I really hope she is safe somewhere.

Her "step mother" told me she was last seen in Bohemia and the press left that out for some reason. I'm going to try and find out if that was back in 2016 or more recent.

Mother is in Canada, so called step mother lives at the Lindenhurst address listed. I have no idea about the whole family situation, she is just a friend of a friend.
