"Remains of an unidentified white female were found on May 18, 1991 in Brooklyn, New York. The body was found in a grassy area near the intersection of Seaview Ave and Fountain Ave, close to the Belt Parkway in Brooklyn. She had been deceased a few days before being found. The female is estimated to have been 17 to 22 years old and stood approximately 5 feet tall. She had long wavy light brown or blond hair. She was found wearing a white t-shirt with a design labeled “Cool”, a gray undershirt, beige bra, and white socks. She also wore a yellow metal ring, in a twisted vine design, on her left ring finger. The image displayed is a NCMEC facial reconstruction that depicts what the female may have looked like in life."

I really wish there was a photo of the shirt... This could be completely off base and is purely my own opinion/speculation, however there is a town here in CA called Cool and I wonder if it could've been a souvenir shirt.
This girl not is in the exclusions...
Interesting that she was pregnant when she went missing in 1989. I’m curious if they mentioned if UP had given birth prior or if this was a first pregnancy in 1991

Hi, I have been researching the archives for this case and I found some informational newspapers. Research into the case archives has yielded new information. We now know that the Jane Doe victim was approximately 12–13 weeks (3 months) pregnant and died of homicide due to bullet wounds to the head and heart. She was nude from the waist down and had been dead for approximately one week when found (around Saturday, May 11, 1991). Her murder appears to be ballistically connected to the death of Charlene Brown. Ballistics from an automatic gun match the bullets recovered in the murders of both Charlene Brown and the Jane Doe. A third, similar murder—that of Debbie Brown—may also be linked, though ballistics did not match the other two cases. Both Debbie and Charlene Brown were known prostitutes who worked in the Brooklyn area.

The killing began May 6. Debbie Brown, 25, of Amboy [Avenue or Street] was shot in the heart and dumped in a parking lot at 276 Stanley Ave., about 2 miles from the corner where cops said she plied her ancient trade. Her body was found about 3 a.m., police said.
The second victim was found seven days later, about 4 a.m. Charlene Brown, 32, of Van Siclen [Avenue or Street] was found dead in a parking lot on E. 23d St. and Shore Parkway, Sheepshead Bay, also about 2 miles from the Brownsville hooker stroll. She had been shot in the head and heart.
The last body (this Jane Doe), found in a weeded area near Fountain and Seaview [Avenues] in East New York, on May 18 at 4:30 p.m. had bullet wounds to the head and heart. The woman, who may have been dead for a week, was clad only in a bra, T-shirt and socks. The body was decomposed and had not been identified, police said.

But Deputy Police Commissioner Suzanne Trazoff said yesterday that while homicide detectives have tied bullets in two of the slayings to the same gun, they're not sure they're dealing with a serial killer.
"Detectives at this point aren't labeling this a pattern," Trazoff said. "It's possible that the two victims with the same gun could have been part of the same incident" and dumped in different parts of the borough.
In the first of those two cases, the fully clothed body of Charlene Brown, 32, of Van Siclen Avenue, was found in a parking lot on East 23rd Street and Shore Parkway in Sheepshead Bay on May 14. She had been shot six times by an automatic, police said.
Five days later, a man collecting bottles found the decomposed body of a still unidentified woman in a lot at Fountain and Seaview Avenues in East New York. The woman, who was naked below the waist, was three months pregnant and had been shot by the same gun that killed Brown, police said.
Trazoff said that gun was not the same one used in the fatal shooting May 6 of Debbie Brown, 25, on Stanley Avenue in East New York. Debbie Brown, of Amboy Avenue and no relation to Charlene Brown, was shot once in the heart.
Trazoff said both identified victims had records as prostitutes. Police asked anyone with information in the cases to call 718-287-0311.

Police are warning prostitutes working the streets of Brooklyn to beware a serial killer responsible for the murders of at least two hookers this month and possibly a third, a police official said yesterday.
"We are canvassing the streets, alerting other prostitutes," said Suzanne Trazoff, a police spokeswoman.
Homicide detectives investigating the apparently related slayings of the three women are also trying to determine whether two of the victims were killed on the same night, although their bodies were found four days apart, police said yesterday.

A routine ballistics check matched slugs, removed from the body of Charlene Brown, 32, found May 14 in Sheepshead Bay, with bullets that killed the partly clad woman found May 18 in the East New York section, said Lt. Raymond O'Donnell, a police spokesman.
In both cases, the same .22 automatic handgun was used, police said.
Since the body of the still-unidentified East New York victim was decomposed, detectives theorize she may have been shot on the same night as Brown and been undiscovered for days. "It's possible they were both shot in the same event on May 14," Trazoff said. The unidentified woman was also three months' pregnant, police said.
The third victim in the possible pattern, Debbie Brown, 25, of Amboy [Avenue/Street], was found shot to death and nude from the waist down in a parking lot in Canarsie on May 6. She was also shot with a .22 automatic, but not the same gun as in the other two cases.
