sbm/ebm: The owners of 137 Wyckoff Ave at the time of his disappearance are listed at an address in Holmdel and have lived there previously (acc to ClustrMaps). More of an observation or "fun fact", I don't think this is our UID since they apparently have fingerprints of both.

Wonder if any work on the building pre-1993 is listed anywhere?
I'm thinking too this happened around the time of the Livigni murder and may have had something to do with the "Pizza connection trial".
Yes a while back I had posted the missing guys from the 1990s but now that I seen and read the article about Livigni, o also strongly feel the guy in the basement is from or around the time of Livigni’s murder.
Seems like Livigni sold the buildings in March if 1982 but continued to have and run Rosario’s Luncheonette until he was murdered in Dec 1993.

Have you seen if he's murder was solved?
I've only found articles from when he was found and nothing after.
One of his children have been posting on FB on the anniversaries and on Father's day but doesn't mention anything.

Could be the family of this UID didn't report him missing because they "knew what happened" and were scared. Or maybe he was Sicilian too and just over for a short trip to check on the business?

I have looked for any info on Livigni and other than the articles I only found info on his gravesite. Rosario LiVigni (unknown-1983) - Find a Grave...
No further info on whether it was solved or not.

Good find on his kids still posting and remembering him on FB. I wonder if they ever heard anything on the UID in the basement?

Yes I have thought the same on the UID.. He could if not been reported as you said because family knew and were scared.

Although I did find this guy from Italy that supposedly came to New York and disappeared. I don’t know if the dates would work though… but I thought I would include him on the thread anyway.
