Silver Alert Issued For Missing Long Island Woman

Suffolk County Police have issued a Silver Alert for a Farmingville woman who is bipolar and suffers from delusions. Claudia Gerarde, 66, went missing from her home on Pinedale Avenue at approximately 10 a.m. Thursday, Jan. 16 after she went walking around the area.

She is described as being 5-foot-4, 150 pounds with gray hair, green eyes and glasses. She was last seen wearing black and white leggings, a green shirt and brown jacket.
