Howells and Vaisey were accused of producing child pornography of the 8-year-old girl from 2012 to 2014 and distributing the material, according to the indictment."

In prison, after she was convicted (Albion Correctional Facility) -- back in 2009 -- apparently, a couple of the correctional officers were accused by the female inmates of sexual harrassment, etc.

I remember this case as well, and actually the little girl's face *was* shown in a variety of shots, as well as her first name mentioned. Authorities were desperate to locate her feeling she was in grave danger based on what they had seen. In this case, thankfully, she was alive and well and no where near the monster, but it didn't have to end that way. Personally, I think authorities did the right thing.

I googled his name and her picture came up. I remember that little face I hope and pray she never remembers and lives a totally normal and fantastic life.

Holy effing FFFFFF#%%##!!! Gah. This makes me want to cry or throw up. These people need the electric chair. Honestly I think that's pretty appropriate in this situation. I don't even know if that's possible but maybe they can bring it back just for these animals. Ugh.

Thank goodness LE did decide to release a small portion of this video, as the little girl's dress was recognized (her face wasn't shown). If I recall correctly the monster's face was shown also. Her face was shown in papers. I remember it. It ran in the Sacramento Bee. It was a last ditch effort to ID her because they feared she was still in danger.
