Donald Phillips was last heard from on Nov. 3. He is known to frequent the local restaurants and bars in the area of Buffalo Road and Wegman Road in the Town of Gates.

Phillips is described as 5'7", 200 pounds with blue eyes and white hair.

Police are searching the woods and ponds in the area of Wegman and Buffalo roads as well as Pixley Road and the 490 expressway.

If you live in the vicinity of the search area, police are asking that you kindly walk your property and check any storage sheds, campers, and boats.
