Am seeing that "DEC" is/was? used as a maker's mark, possibly of Curtis Jewelry Manufacturing Co. Inc, Providence RI, which made sterling and gold-filled jewelry. First used 1950. Is that what it is in this case? No idea would have to see it, but maybe.
Seeing their jewelry was produced into the 1960s. Some say it's "dce," others "dec." On the clasp for the necklace there, that does look like "dec."
