It is not a good idea to attack a judge's daughter, make her and her coworkers a subject for death threats, expose her to a House Judicial Committee, then ask for a sentencing-delay favour of that judge.

Pretty sure the date is coming up for Trump to be sentenced for the charges related to falsifying business docs, bribery etc. His hearing to be sentenced has been scheduled for Sept 18. Trump's attorneys recently filed a motion asking that the prosecutor ask the judge to delay that hearing. Prosecutor says "ask the judge".
This is the trial related to the fraud,etc. related to Trump having his attorney bribe a tabloid to kill the story about Trump having an affair with Stormy Daniels. He bribed the old National Enquirer, IIRC to buy Stormy's story then kill it. Stormy was shopping her story about the affair to the tabloids.
Trump was found guilty of those charges and is due to be sentenced next month. If they don't delay the sentencing hearing, Trump could possibly be jailed before election day.
