I heard that 3 of the counts were redundant in terms of sentencing -- guilty on count 1 would be the same as guilty on counts 1 and 2. Guilty on count 3 same as guilty on 3 and 4. Guilty on 5 is same as guilty on 5 and 6. Reason being that 3 of the charges are conspiracy charges related to the main 3 underlying charges. JMO.
