Major Crime squad in Western Australia were investigating (stated in one of the first links I posted after Virginia's death). They said it initially looked like suicide, but if there is more to it they should find it. I doubt that Major Crime squad gets involved with every suicide - so they probably want to be sure.

Her family is pretty convinced it was self-inflicted.

What is her father trying to say, Prince Andrew had her killed? I seriously doubt that.

Given her mental state with the divorce and not having custody or visitation with her children, her acting out with the school bus accident and saying she only had four days to live due to kidney failure, I can see her trying to kill her self as a way to say "I'll show you", but unfortunate it backfired and she actually died.

Randy Andy certainly has the means to "take care" of someone if he wanted to, although it would be pointless now because the damage has already been done. But there's still plenty of Epstein accomplices, associates, etc, both known and unknown, who haven't been suicided or gone to prison yet, who would benefit from her keeping her mouth shut. She's had a rough life, no doubt, and the bus incident was bizarre, but by all accounts she hadn't been suicidal. The divorce and custody battles weren't over yet.

I thought their marriage was strong and loving.
She always praised her hubby, called him her rock.
(At least in Press articles about her I sometimes read. There were pics of them smiling, holding hands)

Weird timing to me that MF files her lawsuit on May 30, and Elon makes his accusation a week later regarding Trump/Epstein ties.

Those ties are already known and have been largely forgotten, IMO, until now when those two events put them suddenly are front and center.
