GM will have had to exhaust her appeals first [you just know she's gonna appeal everything] and "be a British citizen or have close family ties with the UK (normally through permanent residence in the UK)".

Is GM even a British citizen any more? I know she's a US citizen, and I'm not certain you can be dual with UK. And she's not a permanent resident. I also can't imagine UK authorities wanting her in the UK. There's already been too much embarrassment over Prince Andrew, and this would create renewed ruckus in the press.

It occurs to me that the other charges GM has that aren't being prosecuted at the moment could make it impossible for her to transfer to the UK. Even if NY is okay with shipping her off to the UK, the feds might not like it.

Its a hard one but the Mail is linked on here a lot which I think is a trash paper but if you read comments on articles about him a lot say he hasnt been convicted of anything and that she was quick to take the money etc and that there is nothing that proves he did anything wrong especially when you get the article of the 14 year old VG recruited and another article that was published a few days ago saying VG assaulted some woman. I actually dont see any reason why our authorities wouldnt allow her to do her sentence here..people are transferred who have done far worse than her. I think the Andrew situation is a mess and personally I wish she had taken the case to court and not taken the settlement and I dont actually understand why she didnt given she said her day in court was so important to her . I personally do not want Andrew to be involved with Royal family activities...as I think it could reflect badly on them and I dont actually like him but its hard as something has to be done with him and he will just say well I am an innocent man and wasnt convicted of anything blah blah. I have also seen people say GM didnt get a fair trial. Based on that I dont know.

Also, I made a mistake about NY in that previous case. This is a federal offense, as I now recall.

I wish GM could be required to undergo sex offender treatment in federal prison, but that's voluntary. She would likely get sent to a prison where there are many other sex offenders, though. This alone will almost certainly freak her out. She and her family are already having nothing of her being a criminal. I can't begin to imagine how they are going to visualize their loving sister as a sex offender.

I will see if I can find it. To clarify she is a woman now but was a child at the time. The girl was was 14 at the time I believe...was a witness at the trial and the article was linked on here a few days later.

What work has she ever done? let's see: she's been a fugitive; before that a sex trafficker procuring underage girls for a sexual predator and manager of a sexual predator's homes. Ummmm a few decades criming? She did have a few jobs in her Dad's businesses, but those have a number of clouds hanging over them, since he purloined employee pension accounts in the multi-millions added to a $200 million theft from shareholders. Oh, and there was the ocean nonprofit thing-y of which the purpose is entirely vague.
Her Oxford education might look good on paper, but she's never used it for anyone else's benefit. In fact, it's striking how she's done zero productive with it (as far as I can tell).

Even if GM manages to wrangle fed support for an escape to a UK prison (where her notoriety might be way worse for her than her total lack of it in the US fed prison population), there are the two pending charges which will be tried separately from the sex trafficking conviction and there will be HUNDREDS of civil suits in the US now that she has a felony conviction. IMO there's no way she's getting out of the US in a hurry.

Dont get me wrong I dont like GM. I have never liked any of the Maxwells come to that but I just dont think she would have a hard time here in a prison and remember our prisons are far softer than yours so she would likely think any trouble she would get would be worth it. Unfortunately, many young women who are sex-trafficked/pimped are coerced into recruiting new victims. There are likely many who were teenagers then who were manipulated by Epstein and GM into these roles.

One of the hardest things for GM these days may be having no choice about anything at all. Throughout her whole previous life she has had choices, and furthermore they were the choices of rich people. To work, or not bother? Where to holiday next? Which expensive clothes and jewellery to buy? Where to dine out? Which "important" events to attend? And now, she can't even choose what to eat or wear. Lack of freedom doesn't just mean being locked up.
