Thanks fr posting this -- a cogent and timely reminder that GH was an active and enthusiastic participant in JE's many crimes, has consistently lied to minimize her involvement (and his culpability) and will do so forevermore.

JE did those things, and consent wasn't part of it.

GH was co-conspirator, chief procurer, and willing aide. Again, consent wasn't part of it. She should serve out her sentence like the longtime serious serious sexual offender she is.

Even in this new age of grifters, she should not get a pass.

In it, she offered to testify before Congress, but only if she gets full immunity, a presidential pardon as backup, a preview of all questions, and a comfy seat outside prison. Apparently, truth-telling is conditional on luxury perks and legal escape hatches.

Ah yes, the convicted sex trafficker wants to “set the record straight”, but only if she’s untouchable, unchallenged, and unshackled. It’s less “seeking justice” and more “auditioning for a redemption arc.” If Congress buys this, they’re not holding a hearing - they’re hosting a makeover show.

Feels like the gesture was more important than the testimony -- other than her attempts to exculpate a specific individual from involvement with JE's crimes. The whole thing was very odd, and the room upgrades for for GM predictably unfair and undeserved.

Prosecutors did arrest Epstein’s former girlfriend, British socialite Ghislaine Maxwell, who was convicted on sex trafficking charges in 2021 and is serving a 20-year federal prison sentence. She is appealing her conviction to the Supreme Court, and part of her argument is that she is covered by the immunity clause in the 2008 agreement, even though she was not named.

Argh. This was covered on BBC news earlier today. Nothing should surprise us when comes to SF and PA, but the sheer cravenness of this email still shocks.

No one should give air to Maxwell a convicted sex offender. She should be locked up as sentenced, and not have a chance to spew her lies, as she obviously is delusional and has no remorse. Her testimony has truth content of zero, yet she is allowed to rub salt into her victims' wound.
