She states that she was being trafficked my Epstein, that Epstein forced her to be sexually abused by Andrew, that Andrew did sexually abuse her. I used to work with someone who went out with a guy twenty years older than her..they are actually now married. This article clearly states that the investigation into allegations against Prince Andrew for sexual assault, and against Maxwell for trafficking, grooming and assaulting women in the UK, are concluded and no action will be taken.

IMO, it means only that they are not going to pursue charges against Prince Andrew and that is the statement they gave.

I find it highly unlikely that the UK police force wants to take on the Royal Family.

Not really nowadays, it depends on the circumstances. If it's a victim of Child Sexual Exploitation there'd be a need for a defendant to reasonably believe the victim was over the age of 18.

• A person is a child if under 18.
• Consent is not in issue. It does not matter if a child of 16 or 17 consents to the activity, it is those who exploit children who commit the criminal act.

A child under 18 would also be classed as a victim of child trafficking. But these laws are a couple of years too late for PA.

It might not be that much of a gamble. Scotland Yard has determined that no action is required regarding allegations against Prince Andrew or Maxell.

The Little St James Island sexual assault allegations involve 3 adults and 8 young girls. Giuffre is one of the adults. Without corroboration from some of the 8 young girls, that allegation may fall apart too. That leaves the allegation from New York. I'm still looking for the date for that alleged offence.
