I just finished reading Virginia Giuffre's memoir and my God, what suffering she survived. It was a difficult book to read that I had to put down more than once for my own mental health. I can't remember the last time a book brought me to tears.

There are also 2 umbrellas, 4 large baskets with handles, what looks like a turtle statue or some such thing, and perhaps 2 faces that haven't yet been hung on the wall. Lastly, there are 5 light switches in that panel. I've never seen a panel that large. I wonder what all they are hooked up to? 1 has to be the overhead lights but the other 4...?

And that door is a pocket door. Not even a real door. Well, pocket doors are real... but they don't lock as well as a regular door would.

In his letter on Wednesday, Mr. Markus told the judge overseeing Ms. Maxwell’s case that his client took no position on a recent request by Attorney General Pam Bondi that the court release sealed materials related to the grand jury investigation of Ms. Maxwell.

At the same time, Mr. Markus wrote, releasing the materials from Ms. Maxwell’s case, “which contain untested and unproven allegations, would create undue prejudice so severe that it would foreclose the possibility of a fair retrial should Ms. Maxwell’s habeas petition succeed.”
