April was chowing down on those carrots earlier, but refused her lettuce. Then walked to the hay and started eating that...

It definitely looked like he was recording with a go pro. I wonder if he needs to consult with another vet or something. Hey! Is there an animal version of Dr. Phil's Dr. on Demand? Vet on Demand maybe?

If my cellphone was reliable for working in my bedroom, I would have considered it instead of losing more sleep. However, I'd have to sleep in the recliner or on the sofa in order to hear my cell phone! Ugh!

That could pose a problem for me too and is another reason I hesitated. In order to be sure that my phone wakes me up at all, the one person who might need me in the night has an awful police siren ringtone that could probably wake the dead.

I'm sure a ton of people have signed up and the word on labor, gender, etc. will get out immediately. Phone screenshots will be all over the internet, I would think.

I admit, I wasn't paying attention to Oliver when that was going on. Poor guy probably feels a little neglected. I was watching earlier and after April spent an inordinate amount of time licking the top of Oliver's door, he came in from the yard and the two of them were "frenching" through the gate! It was hilarious!!

4/3 Evening Update
Lights Out Early!
April has remained off grain again today, toys with her hay, turns up her nose at lettuce, but likes a DR Tim Carrot Treat!
Tonight will be another long night as we wait for April to decide just when is right!
The giraffes loved the beautiful weather outdoors today!
Many of you tuned in this evening to see lights out early. With normal routine returning of warm temps and yard time, coupled with the thought that a natural light cycle of the dusk and dawn type may help entice/speed up our labor, you will see us change our treat time and lights out routine to earlier in the day. When exactly? Depends on quite a bit...so keep watching!
