Police described Glenda M. Millage as a "missing vulnerable adult" who was last seen at 11 a.m. walking in the 100 block of Kirkpatrick Street in the village of East Syracuse.

Millage is 5 feet, 9 inches tall, and 260 pounds, with long brown hair and brown eyes, Manlius police Sgt. Tina-Marie Stanton said in a news release. She is possibly wearing a red bandana on her head, as well as a tan tank top, black and white capris pants and multi-colored sneakers, the release said.
