Found Deceased NY - Hassani Sowa, 73, Rochester, 3 Nov 2018

Hassani Sowa, 73, was last seen on St. Paul Street in the City of Rochester around 5 a.m. Saturday. Sowa may be disoriented or confused and in need of medical attention. He is 5'8" and weighs approximately 166 lbs. with black hair and brown eyes.
