NY - Howard k stern rx charges

I recall some talk...way back, 2006...that if they could prove the drugs were obtained illegally, and those illegally furnished drugs caused Annas death...they then could be held responsible for the death.

Anyone recall such talk? Does it seem legally possible?

I think the California Board of Medical Examiners has been quietly investigating them. Know anything more Magic Rose?

This was a nice surprise. I can't imagine what the three of them were thinking while they were stuffing her with drugs. I think they should be held accountable for her death. If they hadn't been writing all of those prescriptions with Howard making sure that she had all she wanted and giving them to her she probably would still be alive. Someone should have picked her up and carried her to a long term drug rehab. That would have been taking care of her and caring about her. The whole thing is a shame. I thought the whole thing had been stuffed under the rug. I'll bet ole Howard about pooped his polyesters.

I recall seeing ANS & HKS on the Larry King show where she stated she and HKS were not dating. I don't think she saw him (when sober) as a partner for her sexually.

I hope they dig deep into his actions concerning both deaths.

Oh, I forgot about commitment ceremony. But was she of sound mind and body? Jumping into an open body of water so soon after giving birth, makes me think not.

I agree that she wasn't attracted to Howard. With the committment ceremony, I think it was a combination of her being doped up and her being so distraught and feeling like HKS was the only person she had left in this world.

Komono works SewingDeb. I have always wondered why ANS did not drag her husband to a doctor to extract the necessary material to produce offspring. I thougt she must incapable of reproducing. She should have had an old woman for a BGF.
OK, that sounds terrrible but it probably would have prevented us being here today posting about the crimes HKS is being charged with.
I think Marshall hated ANS so much he drove himself to an early death.

OK, aren't these charges just like giving someone a weapon to commit suicide?.

I want to hear that psychiatrist saying she fudged the names on the scripts to protect Anna's privacy. That's her story, and I hope that's the excuse she sticks with, because imo, ANS's reality show proves she was notoriously not private, and Anna was seriously and publicly messed up alot of the time. I doubt that any of them had much concern about privacy, or Anna herself. I would also like to know who "owned" the methadone that killed Daniel.

Yes - they were pushers supplying a drug addict with her much-needed fix. Famous people can get this treatment - I'm sure they were trying to protect themselves and Anna,who was also engaging in illegal activity.

Bingo! :clap:Nobody uses pseudonyms to obtain prescriptions for "privacy" reasons, they do it when they are substance abusers.

Different from what, RayStar? Anna was a drug addict long before she met Howard. I don't consider myself an HKS supporter - I don't feel strongly about him one way or another. I mean - he's a bit of a freak, but so was Anna!!
