Jaquan Joe Sr. went to visit his children at the Elmcrest Children's Center, located at 960 Salt Springs Road, and left with them without the center's permission.

Jaquan Joe Jr., 5, is said to be 3'6" tall, 50lbs with black hair and brown eyes. Jaquan was last seen wearing blue pants and no shoes.

Shyla Lizana, 8, is 4'3" tall, 75lbs with black hair and brown eyes. Shyla was last seen wearing blue pants, a blue and pink shirt and no shoes.
