Hey, I think it's my FB settings, or the reciever's settings, but I have a feeling that the messages I have sent out are not getting recieved.
Anyone want to test this out with me by giving me a FB name? You don't have to friend me. I just wnat ot know if my messages are getting to the other end!

In one case of a missing boy, the Mom kept asking me to FB message her. I did, but she says she never received the messages. Anyone want to test it w/me? Let me know.

If you are not friends with a person on FB (and you have no mutual friends) the messages you send them will go to the "Other" folder in their inbox. FB will not notify the person of the messages, they would have to specifically click the "Other" folder to view them. Here is an article about it:

Police Search Around Home of Missing Woman

Sheriff Ernie Cutting said they are executing search warrants for the grounds, the home, cars, computers and phone records.

A mobile unit is also on the scene so investigators can stay at the property while completing the search which is expected to last a few days.

I saw this thread yesterday but didn't get a chance to really sleuth per se. My first thoughts were that her husband was/is not involved but obviously I'm not as confident now that LE is searching the woods behind her house.

Just a few things I found interesting..
Her husband is friends with her mom on FB - which doesn't mean anything at all but it's a good sign. (IMO)
Her husband posted yesterday on a psychic tarot card reading website that he was looking for assistance. (Me, paraphrasing)

Based on FB, it seemed like they had a really good relationship. I didn't get the same vibe regarding the whips/chains/etc. It was a banter conversation and she was playful with him and then his response was playful back. I didn't read it as a sign of disrespect or abuse. Actually on a lot of what I saw, they were both very affectionate.

I'm off to look up more but I agree, this doesn't look good. Now I wonder what the motive could be and what changed so much since she was posting pictures just a few days prior to being reported missing on FB. So sad, Christmas is just a week away.

I wonder if the phone found along State Route 23 gave any information, too?

CCTV along other places (like Plank Road Manor) .....Or lack of CCTV at Destiny USA.....

All questions... Thoughts... Of mine...

The Chenango County Sheriff's Office in conjunction with the New York State Police, The New York State Forest Rangers, Norwich Police Department, and the New Berlin Police Department are continuing the investigation into the missing persons complaint. The Missing Person: Jennifer L. Ramsaran age 36 of Sheff Rd in the Town of New Berlin was last seen leaving her residence on the morning of December 11, 2012.

Through the investigation Jennifer's cell phone was located as was her 2006 Chrysler Town and Country Minivan. Both are being processed to aid in the investigation.

Law Enforcement have established a command post at the Chenango County Sheriff's Office after executing search warrants on the residence on Sheff Road on December 17th.

The Sheriff's Office is asking anyone with information to contact the command post at (607) 337-1992 or Fax at (607) 336-3110. All calls will be kept confidential.

Looks like LE is very busy and very seriously working, thankfully.

Reportedly, LE has been searching the woods near Jennifer's home and has set up post at her home.

Would this suggest to anyone that they feel this is where something happened? Any thoughts?

It is hard to say....most of the time I thought they started within the home and worked out. Seems like a lot of cases are doing it backwards lately! Maybe I am wrong. I hope they find something to lead them to Jennifer, a safe Jennifer!!! :please:

I haven't read any mention of his whereabouts the day she went missing or the days before and after.

I agree.... GR has been pretty low key regarding this case from the very beginning...

He apparently posted on a psychic tarot card reading website, but hasn't made a Facebook page for her? I don't know... I don't see him reaching out much at all, and it's hard to form an opinion about what we don't see. Not sure what to make of him at this point.
