What I am trying to figure out is:
1) Planned (methodical, detailed, no mistakes, do things to throw people off, body where it won't be found) , or
2) Out of rage or some catalyst that caused it (no plan, hurried, mistakes, sloppy, body most likely is easily found)
Any thoughts?
Good questions, ORR.
I don't dismiss either scenario.
Given his narcissistic personality traits and the behaviors he publicly exhibits (impulsiveness, very little self-control, outward rage, targeting others, blaming others, playing the victim role almost completely independent of his children, sympathy seeking, hate for people he doesn't even know, his seeming need to be admired, and his manipulation tactics <taking advantage of others, like his kind and sensitive psychic, who he consistently fed words to share with others here on WS and on other public sites, in an attempt to clear his name>), I would think that rage could have been the catalyst that set him off to do something that he perhaps had planned on doing at some point, maybe not necessarily that day though. But then again, his "airtight alibi" includes allegedly being seen on camera at the Y (although probably for a very brief amount of time).
I believe that it's quite possible that after the kids went to school, GR and JR had an argument. Since there was talk of an on-going affair between GR and JR's best friend (GR's running partner), a possible divorce that GR asked for but JR apparently didn't want, it would make sense that he would react swiftly and violently, especially given the erratic and concernign behavior he's exhibited in public, so lord only knows how much worse it was in private.
Also, if he's as much of a sympathy seeker as I perceive him to be, and he desperately wanted to be with his mistress, the same mistress who reportedly went back to her own husband less than two weeks before JR went missing, I can see him doing something to Jennifer in a twisted attempt to regain the mistress.
These thoughts probably seem way out there, but I've seen some crazier stuff in my career, even worse than this. And by "worse than this," I don't mean to imply that this isn't as bad as it gets for Jennifer and her loved ones, I just meant that I've seen it on a larger scale (more than one person).
I think her body will be found. And I think it will be very soon.
