Solus, imo GR had planned Jen's murder for a minimum of two days, due to topping her fuel tank off with gas. Imo, GR chummed the water & planted the seeds of suspicion that Jen intentionally walked away to begin a new life..not a crime..

Imo, his intent was to paint her disappearance as an abduction/murder by a sexual predator/s, as a result of a carjacking.
Imo, one of the primary reasons that his ruse failed is that it was too well planned; too perfect.
Where would he have gained the information and knowledge of investigative procedures and strategies to lay out such a plan, in your opinion?

Back in November he stayed with me for almost two weeks. We discussed it quite a lot. He was wanting to get a divorce. He had discussed getting a loan on the house and giving her half of it so that she could get her own place. He was positive that he would keep both the house and kids. Originally He wanted to wait until after the holidays though so that the kids wouldn't associate the holidays with divorce. However that opinion had started to change.

IMO, this is when GR has made his decision that he will not use the matrimonial court system to rid himself of his wife. He has selected another means.

GR gets home from the marathon around Nov. 13. He has already announced (via text, while out of state) to Jennifer his wish to divorce. GR reports that in the time period from Nov. 9 to 13 that something happened to Jennifer along the lines of "they got their clutches into her."

Fast forward to Thanksgiving and the week after -- Jen somehow convinces ES to leave GR and return to her own husband. ES comes to an understanding that GR wants to be with Jennifer. ES moves back home with her husband, and this leaves GR very angry and depressed.

But...what happens in this week of time between Nov. 13 and Thanksgiving (Nov. 22)?? This is the week when GR is back home again, after announcing his wish for a divorce about a week earlier, and this is the week after GR reports that "they" "got their clutches" into Jennifer. So...what's going on during this week??? Is GR just biding his time until after the holidays? Are they having lots of fights?? Is Jennifer trying to convince GR to stay? <Mod Snip>

While his wife was living in the home...he led you to believe that he would move ES into the marital home, if necessary?

I can't verify if this is true, but he had told me that the safety of OW was in question.

What opinion? To wait until after the holiday? Or to divorce?
What was changing his opinion?

Yes and since this has to be at least 5 characters, yes again.

I don't doubt a word you have said HE said to you.

GR wanted ES out of her marital home: that, GR meant!

Her husband and the "marital" piece of their relationship would be a threat to him.

His self image tied up in...how shall we say it...his prowess.

Did you mean page 30, Janeumayer? I can't see any posts from Solus on page 15.

Sorry, my settings are set to double your posts per page. My page 15 is your page 30. HTH :blushing:

ES has returned to her husband because GR has told her he will move forward with divorcing his wife. He cannot rid himself of his wife with his mistress/her BFF living in their marital home. ES believes that GR's & Jen's divorce will occur first (before her's).

In the meantime, GR has told Jen that he will work on repairing their marriage (manner in which Jen's body is found). Though Jen has made an appointment with a divorce attorney and suspects/believes that GR & BFF are involved, she's hoping she has made some horrible mistake. She's losing weight, keeping herself up...perhaps, even purchasing lingerie for their enjoyment, etc. All at GR's request.

GR has already decided that he is not using the court system to get rid of Jen. But ES is not aware of that! GR may be cunning, but he is not crazy. ES has no idea what GR is capable of and has planned...and neither does Jen. In their home, he has begun to appear to Jen that their relationship can be repaired. He has "engaged" Jen again.

He will fit his "story" to his own knowledge and understanding of each individual he deals with. He is chameleon-like. He obviously fooled many people.

Solus, when did GR start to become annoyed by Jenn's gaming? If he suspected she was talking to a man do you think he was jealous? How could he justify being angry about any interaction/attention she might be getting when he was having an affair?

Did he give any reason for cheating on Jenn other than he fell in love with someone else? Did he ever mention that he thought Jenn might abandon him and the kids. Did he complain about her personality or health issues?

My theory is now that GR was out of town and Jenn and ES had some heart to hearts and ES decided to break it off with GR. GR becomes enraged at JR for messing things up. I think he really meant 'they' got to ES not JR and she ended the affair. Why would he care if 'they' got to Jenn? He didn't care about her anymore, he wanted ES.

Question for Solus & Upstate:
Is it true that GR ran over Jenn with his vehicle in front of his oldest daughter as stated in Joe Mahoney's article? If this is true, is this why Jenn had pins in her legs? Also, is it true that GR & ES were witnessed in a hot tub together at the YMCA, as stated by the girl on TV outside the courthouse? Further, what happened to Jenn's dog Buster who died the week before Mother's Day? Also, if GR was filing for divorce, what lawyer or law firm was he using? Also, if GR's parents really care about him, how come they were not present in the courtroom when he was sentenced? To me it looks like they don't want anything to do with him.

Solus said that it was Jen, not ES that "they got their clutches into."

I think "they" were JR's gaming friends. What probably actually happened is that they advised Jen to consult a divorce lawyer to protect her rights, and to get custody of the kids. So, by "getting their clutches" into Jen, they ruined GR's plan of divorcing Jen but keeping the house and the kids. And then he later spun that into them luring Jennifer away from the marriage -- to a snowy grave.

And ES told Solus that it was what Jen said in the last week of Nov. that made her decide to leave GR and return to her husband. That was the week after Thanksgiving. I'll bet that ES's parents may have had a few things to say to her as well, when she showed up for Thanksgiving dinner.

But I do agree with you that GR became enraged at JR for messing things up.

All I know is what I was told by GR and it wasn't denied by OW.

Sorry Solus, but much of what you are saying has "been told" to you by GR/ES and I'm having alot of trouble believing much of it. IMO much of what you have been told, and led to believe, by either of them could be information given to you to assist in influencing the public and LE, just like another Insider that is now a former member.

Don't get me wrong, I do believe you are trying to help - but who are you helping by further spreading what you have been told?

Not Solus or Upstate, but:
1) That sentence in Joe Mahoney's article wasn't worded well (I had the same idea when I read it the first time). "Ran her down" more likely meant "spoke of her disparagingly" -- I believe it was referring to after Jennifer's death.
2) Jen had pins in her feet from her teens.
3) ?
4) Buster died at the vets -- something to do with his heart and surgery
5) ? (Maybe none- my gut tells me he was trying to manipulate Jen into a cheap divorce where they would mutually agree on everything and then just file it with the court) (I'd like to know what lawyer Jen made the appointment with though.
6) ? They came up to Chenango for other stuff, like the Shining Hope event. And they apparently arranged bail. Maybe they didn't consider that particular hearing to be important. Or...maybe if GR had been spouting off to them like he did to Solus during the time he was out on bail (badmouthing Jen and blaming everything on her) -- maybe they began to suspect he was guilty. I'd really like to know the answer to that question as well.

I doubt that Solus believes much of it either (at least not now). But some of the information, such as GR's conversations with Jennifer by Facetime that Solus overheard are helpful. Knowing that GR also wanted a divorce and expected to get the house and kids, followed by his anger and frustration when Jen somehow convinced ES to break things off -- this helps us understand GR's state of mind and likely motive. The nonsense about lingerie and cologne and such are probably nothing more than nonsense -- or innocent things that got twisted around, but it helps us know what to anticipate at the trial. The kind of red herrings that the defense will no doubt throw out.

I thought the process of making someone a verified insider meant to proof that person is/was close to the case and/or to the persons directly involved in a case.
No one ever said we have to take the info relayed by the verified insider as a gospel.
Is up to everyone of us if we want to discuss that information or leave it.

Through the posts of Solus we can have some sort of insight into the mind and the manipulation technics of GR. Solus, or any other verified insider can only relay what he/she experienced, heard, was told by GR, ES. I also sense Solus doesn't believe anymore everything that was said and is already evaluating, seeing the things and happenings in different light than before.
I for one am happy we can have a peek behind the curtains so to speak.

I don't think Solus is attempting to paint Jennifer in an unfavorable light. Nothing I read about her made me feel less about Jennifer, just the opposite. Reading what went on behind Jennifer's back, made me feel even more for her. Made me want justice even more for her.

Let's take a small example: the alleged package mailed to England. What if the only fingerprints on that customs slip were GR's?? Or, what if the security camera in the post office caught GR mailing the package? Or, what if the address to which it was sent was a non-address? Or a relative of GR's? An item of this sort could be used to actually help prove premeditation on GR's part, if the DA knew about it, and had time to investigate it thoroughly before the trial.

RSBM - This small example - the postage receipt, could also be explained by the fact that Jenn has a very close cousin in England, she could possibly have sent a christmas present around that period to ensure it arrived on time.

Once again we are hearing what GR wants us to hear.
