OT: My apologies.

In the same vein I feel that if an insider is questioned for clarification it's sometimes taken personally. We're sleuthing, many of us skeptical by nature, it's not personal.

I don't mind when someone asks for clarification.

I have a guilty conscious to begin. I assumed some of the retorts were implying that there was an intent to blame Jen or suggest she was responsible for what happened. That is not the intent.

Nor have I ever heard anything, even remotely close to such a sick accusation -- other then by the word's spoken by the person (s) arrested and seemingly guilty of Jen's murder

Easier still would be for him to use the computers in the dozens of public libraries not far from home (South New Berlin, New Berlin, Norwich, Sidney, Gilbertsville, Oxford, Sherburne, Morris, Edmeston, Unadilla, Cooperstown, etc.)

One of GR's supporters works for the New Berlin library

Precisely -- it may have been her parents, the girls at the art studio (as Upstate suggested), her online friends, but while GR was out of town (after he sent a text to Jen he wanted a divorce -- :stormingmad:)Jen most likely reached out for support.

"They" interfered with his Plan A -- to get a divorce where he would keep the house and kids, and just simply remove her from the picture.

And when "they got their clutches into her" -- he was forced to go to Plan B (murder) to achieve his ends.

So...is he throwing the blame for Jen's murder on them?? Even though he committed the act, "they" forced his hand?

And...in his twisted thinking...have "they" now become the actual murderers?

If I am understanding what GR said to Solus, then GR is actually blaming Jennifer herself

I'll end the OT posting here by simply saying I appreciate all of our verified VI's. When I posted about Jenn's extramarital activity and feeling uncomfortable it was because I was misinterpreting something Solus said and also I didn't want anyone to get in trouble with the mods.

I have a tendency to be too blunt and I think it's off putting at times. I find myself apologizing here far too often...

FWIW IMO you guys are priceless...

I think he's quite happy to blame anyone but himself!!

And a big thank you to you and Solus for sharing what knowledge you have with us.:balloons:

Honestly ever since finding out GR was having a "tryst" and was not a good husband at all, I think I kind of secretly hoped that Jen did have some sort of relationship outside of her marriage. Not saying I am ok with someone having an affair or that I think Jen did, but I guess I hoped that before she died Jen had someone in her life who gave her the love, attention and support that she deserved from her husband and but didn't get.

Not Solus or Upstate, but:
1) That sentence in Joe Mahoney's article wasn't worded well (I had the same idea when I read it the first time). "Ran her down" more likely meant "spoke of her disparagingly" -- I believe it was referring to after Jennifer's death.
2) Jen had pins in her feet from her teens.
3) ?
4) Buster died at the vets -- something to do with his heart and surgery
5) ? (Maybe none- my gut tells me he was trying to manipulate Jen into a cheap divorce where they would mutually agree on everything and then just file it with the court) (I'd like to know what lawyer Jen made the appointment with though.
6) ? They came up to Chenango for other stuff, like the Shining Hope event. And they apparently arranged bail. Maybe they didn't consider that particular hearing to be important. Or...maybe if GR had been spouting off to them like he did to Solus during the time he was out on bail (badmouthing Jen and blaming everything on her) -- maybe they began to suspect he was guilty. I'd really like to know the answer to that question as well.

Abigail: Thank YOU for the info!

I'm not the best at English..."running down" I interpreted as running over, Oh my, sorry :(
It would be interesting to know if there was, in fact, an appointment with a lawyer for either GR or JR.
Yeah, maybe GR's parents do suspect that their son is guilty, b/c they did arrange bail and went to the Shining Hope Event. I guess these things will eventually come out in the trial, etc. I'm sure GR's parents must be very concerned about their grandchildren.
In the words of an infamous person...the truth will come out...
It's nice to know that you guys at WS really care about the well-being of so many people. You really do make the world a much better place!!! Thank God for organizations and people like you. Keep up all the awesome work

Ha ha! "Running down" can have two meanings -- the literal meaning (and you're not the only one who misinterpreted -- believe me!!) and the slang meaning. I'm a great fan of Joe Mahoney (Daily Star), but he sometimes phrases things a bit oddly. However, he may have been quoting Mr. Wilcox in that sentence.

The District Attorney has said that Jennifer did make an appointment with a divorce lawyer prior to her death. But, as far as we know, GR did not.

GR's parents no doubt are concerned about their grandchildren, just as Jennifer's parents were (especially during the period when GR had cut off visits and wasn't permitting the children to go to church with them). We were all quite relieved when the children were placed in the care of Jennifer's parents.

That's what I would do if I was planning on killing someone (or committing a crime). MOST people know not to search "how to kill wife" on their computer, but they get convicted of it everyday with these internet searches! Like Brad Cooper (killed wife Nancy in NC) - he was almost golden until the state showed a search on his work computer of the exact location (in the middle of nowhere) where the body was found. Oh my.

I did wonder if GR might have had one of those 'one day a month' requirements or something, where he had to travel into work and would have access to a computer there.

Although I think there is a possibility GR used a local library, especially if he had a supporter/friend there. It might not have been reported if the person in question sincerely believes GR is innocent.

It's my native language and I spent a more than a few years studying it, but that sentence got me at first too.

I think it's very possible GR has told his parents to stay away from the court and trial. I think he'll try to protect them. His attorney will want them to attend though, so I don't know who will prevail. Unless they are called to give evidence of some sort, of course. Then they'll have no choice.

I have sympathy for them, but at least they have a choice of seeing their son again, even though the circumstances are terrible. But for Jennifer's parents that choice is gone and will never, ever come back. There's just no comparison.

All this pain and suffering, and for what? It just defies belief when a person tries to reason why, it really does.

ETA: I think GR's parents would have arranged bail and attended the shining hope event if they thought he was innocent, too.

As most of the local graduating seniors have gone through their beautiful ceremonies, had their graduation celebrations, and are embarking on their new journeys, I find myself sad that Jennifer has been stripped of her right and opportunity to see each of her children graduate from high school.

And yet G continues to place the blame on Jennifer herself, and how she's caused this, taking no responsibility whatsoever for his actions, in true classic narcissistic form.

How dare he.

What is the latest statement we have from GR?

  • #995
I think the last msm statement 'from' GR is this one, on May 29th, which is actually his lawyer quoting wwhat GR had told him.
http://thedailystar.com/localnews/x857485488/Ganesh-Ramsaran-sent-back-to-prison?mobRedir=false

The most recent statement from the lawyer was the June 8th, 'Girlfriend stands by Ramsaran' one, but he didn't quote GR in that. I haven't seen any direct quotes from GR since his 'last interview'....though I suspect he may have been 'channelling' his opinions via other means, up until he was charged.

I would like to say our area has many different races and ethnicities. I personally don't believe a person with brown skin would throw up a red flag as far as someone remembering GR being there because of the color of his skin -- New Berlin and Norwich being the closest Libraries GR could have used, no one would of given him a second look because of his skin color -- More likely, because we are small community, GR would have known someone at a local library as opposed to a library in a bigger city further away

Jillian, I've been thinking exactly along those lines this week...and it's made me very sad and very angry.

Even just thinking about Jennifer in her last weeks and days...obviously upset and depressed because of marital troubles, but going about her business -- Christmas shopping, and getting her hair cut, and caring for her kids and all...and her life snuffed out. That enormous hole left in the children's lives. The daughters who won't have their Mom to guide them through their teen years, to go with them to pick out their wedding dress, to hold their babies. And what sort of male role model does Jennifer's son have to remember? So thankful he now has Jen's Dad -- who by all accounts is a prince of a man, very kind -- to guide him through.

Maybe we should have a thread for this lady. It seems a long time for a car accident to go undiscovered.

I am still trying to make sense of the GR story/stories and the progression of events, in the light of what we have learned. Lots of things have no explanation to me. One thing that has become clearer is I'm certain he is not someone who 'always tells the truth' now. Or even often tells the truth. It's beginning to look the exact opposite, in fact.
