Just a couple of bits I hope will help - on the subject of mobile phones, it's not that tweeting uses up a lot of battery power - it's being connected to the internet, especially if you have 3G enabled - that drains the power. That's because the phone is constantly doing stuff - if you have a broadband box, have look and see how the lights are often blinking even when you aren't accessing webpages. In the background it's checking your mail, sending "keep alive" messages, and if you are using GPS or anything locational, it will be regularly checking in with satellites to update your information. It will work "harder" if you are somewhere with a poor signal as well. So the reporters in the court likely will have email, twitter, word processing if they are typing notes and so on. As I want to be sure I have charge in case of an emergency, I have data/internet access disabled on my smart phone and prefer to travel with an old fashioned call and text only phone that has a standby of days!

GR sounds ever more like a sociopath,if building up and running down the women in his life was a norm. It is like being bewitched sometimes, because these guys are not attractive.

Not sure. Are people allowed to leave a courtroom during a recess? I think they can if it's a teabreak, so to speak, and not attorneys being called into judge's chambers for something or other. If US judges have chambers, that is....

Hmmm...wonder if the verbal abuse was consistent throughout their relationship, or if it escalated after Jen's body found and suspicion really began to zero in on him??? Or...maybe after his arrest?

Sorted myself out now. For a moment, couldn't work out if jail calls were admitted or thrown out.

Think ones between Eileen and Remy I may find unlistenable......
