OMG! Under the guise of 'making love' to his wife, he beat her to death (or near) and threw her on the side of the road?!?!

I think this is turning out to be MUCH worse than we (I) imagined!

Ashley, Ed of Evening Sun, tweeted that she got a paper cut earlier, and needed a band aid. Just realized I've spent past 20 mins worrying about how I can pass along message that she needs one.

Sometimes I surprise myself with the things I worry about. Will probably wake in middle of the night with a great idea for getting a band aid rushed to CCSO. All the way from Germany.

His original attorneys must have been thrilled with his phone calls from jail. He had to have been told not to call her like this.

• Julie Wallen, an employee of the Norwich Family YMCA for approximately 10 years testified to seeing the defendant in the early afternoon of Dec. 11, 2012.

She told the jury Ramsaran said he was pretty cold because he ran from his house, that his wife was shopping in Syracuse, and he asked to use the phone. She said she did not remember him talking to anyone, and didn’t see him again until he left. Wallen told McBride that he called a friend for a ride because he didn’t want to run home, and she did see him leave the building.

There are certain restrictions about how often you can use the phone, but inmates must keep in mind that every inmate wants to use the phone too, so they can call their family. Well, my research (from watching "Orange is the new black" ha ha!) indicates that phone calls can be monitored/taped. So, if he were trying to intimidate Eileen, or skew her testimony, that could probably be entered into evidence.

A veteran forensic pathologist testified Tuesday that Jennifer Ramsaran died as the result of a homicide and pointed out that she was apparently hit on the skull before she died.

Stoppacher said both his external and internal examinations, along with toxicology and laboratory tests, ruled out the possibility of natural causes of death or a drug overdose.

&#8220;The death was the result of homicide,&#8221; Stoppacher said, adding: &#8220;Here we have an otherwise healthy woman with no injuries that can explain why she would be found naked on the side of the road.&#8221;

Stoppacher also noted he was unable to prove or disprove the possibility that she was smothered or strangled, noting much of her facial tissue was missing.
