I've been searching but can't find anything about being "struck twice on the head". Here's a quote from one article I found which says "Stoppacher says shows she was struck in the head."

"In addition to evidence left on the body by animals, Stoppacher described injuries he believes Jennifer sustained before she died.

He described external injuries, including bruising on Jennifer's right forearm, right leg and her inner left knee, as well as lacerations on her left thumb knuckle and the bottom of her left foot.

He also described internal injuries including bleeding under the skin on the left side of her skull and a hemorrhage on the back of her skull that Stoppacher says shows she was struck in the head.

Stoppacher testified there was no evidence she died from hypothermia or from any other natural cause.

He also described narrow streaks of bleeding going left to right across Jennifer's back."

She was struck, but had two injuries? Maybe he could pinpoint one to being struck, but other could be from where she fell? Though to be honest, it does sound like he's saying there were two injuries from being struck on the head, ie, struck twice?

You know, these type of injuries could be sustained if Jenn was struck on the back of the head and pushed or fell violently forward on her right arm and leg. Then someone knelt on her, bruising the inside of the back of her left knee.

When you receive a hard blow to the head, there were be a bruise (or "bleeding under the skin") at the point where you're struck. But, if the blow is forceful enough, it will literally knock the brain against the skull on the other side of the head from where you were hit. This can cause bleeding in the brain or "a hemorrhage on the back of her skull" (he didn't mention an external injury to the back of the head, just internal, is how I'm interpreting it) -- the injuries are consistent with one very hard blow, that would have probably caused a concussion, and perhaps unconsciousness.

The cuts could be from when he tossed her body into the van.

Wonder if he used one of the smaller weights from the home gym?

I'm losing my temper, remembering all that garbage about how people should look for a Jennifer who looks like this except; thinner, different color hair and cut, maybe unhealthy as she doesn't eat right. Oh, and in the wrong-color van, of course....

I know right. The whole "doesn't ever eat sanwhiches" so if you happen to see someone who looks just like her and she's eating a sandwich pay no attention.
