Good move by McBride to rest his case with Cobbs' testimony about his May 2013 interview with Remy and these audio recordings between Remy and ES from jail.

Looking up from yesterday imo

Fifty fifty chance he goes with insanity defense. Its already been proven he is a defective human; no one acts this way who has normal human traits. Seriously, warped personality.

Given the way the phone and van were found (I know Jennifer's father found van, but was it coincidence GR just happened to drive past it twice?) I think someone either did not want Jennifer's clothes found, or there weren't any to be found.

I know she didn't dye her hair but sometimes tinted it, and have thought maybe she had put the rinse on and a robe, then sat down to play Camelot until it had 'taken'? - that there may have been a grain of truth in what GR said, but all twisted?

Agree. Not a coincidence. I think Remy was directing Jen's Father as to which way to travel. IOW, he wanted her Father to "spot" Jen's van (unique color) which he did--twice, but appears Father was on to Remy at this point and waited to see if Remy would state: Look, there it is!

But Remy did not spot her van. Hmm

I'll say it again, Remy is a master manipulator and adept at head games.

When Lt. Cobb was going over conversations between Jenn & Remy through txt messages, the defendant snickered #RamsaranTrial

 Yeah, the jury's gotta love him.

<BBM for Focus)

Imo, Remy was not only a master manipulator, and good at head games, but now only a master baiter...

We also learned Tuesday that Remy and Jennifer talked about getting a divorce in April, June, September, and November.

On November 6th, Jennifer stated they would speak more about it after the holidays.

Texts show tension in suspect's marriage

"Five weeks before she was allegedly murdered, Jennifer Ramsaran complained that her husband, Ganesh “Remy” Ramsaran, was treating her best friend as his “trophy wife,” the lead investigator in the homicide case testified Tuesday in Chenango County Court.

The testimony by Chenango Sheriff’s Department Lt. Richard Cobb appeared to contradict a series of claims by Ganesh Ramsaran that his wife was oblivious to the passionate extramarital affair he had been having with Eileen Sayles...

Also noted by investigators, Cobb testified, was the fact that Ganesh Ramsaran had deleted a number of files from his iPhone from November and December 2012 before turning the device over to authorities, Cobb said."

"In the taped phone conversations played for the jury of nine men and three women, Ramsaran also complained about being confined to the county jail, telling Sayles he hoped to make bail soon.

“This place is a hell-hole, and I miss you,”:tantrum: he said. “I miss you so terribly. Tell me that you miss me. Please.”:behindbar

He also promised Sayles he would treat her much more reverentially:thinking: than how she was dealt with by her now-estranged husband, who is not a witness in the case.

“You are never going to have to make the bed,”:floorlaugh: he said, according to the recording. “You are never going to hear basketball on the television.”

Cobb said that when Ramsaran was asked what he did at his house after returning from dropping his children at school that morning and having breakfast, he replied that he had been working at home on the Lotus Notes program.:liar: Cobb said the examination of the computers in the house found that claim to be unsubstantiated.:panic:

Ramsaran also revised his initial accounts:back: of the route he said he took to run from his house to the Norwich YMCA before arriving there at 12:44 p.m. on Dec. 11, 2012.

With investigators telling him his alibi was unraveling, Ramsaran, Cobb said, showed a “completely different” demeanor:hoppingmad: , and became “upset, irate and sarcastic.”
He also voiced strong criticism of his late wife

Exactly the same time, sleepinoz!

Is it just a technical point about prosecution not having rested yet? Because they did state yesterday they had no more witnesses.

I think it was mainly because some MSM used the headline "Prosecution Rests" - but of course they haven't, their witness is still on the stand.
