Is it just a technical point about prosecution not having rested yet? Because they did state yesterday they had no more witnesses.

Could just be that McBride will want to ask LT. Cobb some additional questions for clarification after Garcia finishes his Cross.

At this stage, I believe Garcia has prevailed and GR will not take the stand. I think this continued uncertainty so late in the day is just a tactic to convince the jury that defense thinks GR would be a perfectly good witness and has seriously considered putting him on the stand.

This is what I was thinking. But it's known what GR was wearing so I wouldn't have thought it was hard to see if he is on the video or not. Unless it's very poor quality.

Solus was right. Defense are trying to say there is a person in the video that could be Remy. Wish we could see the clip.

Does anyone know if the jury has seen sweatshirt GR was wearing that day?
