This is what I was thinking. But it's known what GR was wearing so I wouldn't have thought it was hard to see if he is on the video or not. Unless it's very poor quality.

Yes, we have video footage of him inside the Y and also outside approaching the Y (from west). So it shouldn't be difficult to determine whether or not the mystery person is Ramsaran or not. Plus, it wouldn't make sense for him to be on the Rite Aid video (to north) and then approaching from west -- what did he do, turn around, go back out to the street, and add another loop to his "run" when he was already cold?

What does that mean? That her phone was used to capture her home screen? And why would someone do that?

Screen shots of iphone screens are common when you pick up a phone and press the wrong buttons. I bet GR was searching her phone while she was in the shower and did it by mistake. I delete those all the time, they happen in my pocket.

I can see how you can accidentally press the iphone buttons at the same time, but there would be a noise and the screen should flash white, so he should have noticed.

Unless the phone was just picked up and grabbed in a hurry, without anyone glancing at the screen.

But this was during the time period when it is believed Remy murdered her. I wonder if he just picked up her phone and did that?

Prosecution said Jenn's phone connected with the server in the house, after she had 'left'. I wonder if that was GR picking it up and accidentally activating it that time too.

I do not think there are any. Unless they are going to call that person who claimed they have evidence that GR is completely innocent and police have no proof and just don't like the color of his skin.

I tend to agree that police probably don't like him much. But I tend to think that's more to do with what they have uncovered about his behaviour and 'versions', rather than anything else.

GR could, if he'd had more money, probably have hired an expert to dispute the computer evidence. But that would have cost as much as a year's worth of running gear and competition costs. And that money's been spent.

Probably doesn't. He may be embarrassed that he has essentially nothing to offer w/ regard to defense, so thinks that by doing this (or making the request) - -it will make the jury think there's something there. He may be trying to elongate the time since the compelling testimony last week -- hoping the jury will forget.

ETA: so there you have it. Judge denied request. That might leave a seed of doubt in jury's mind.
