NOTHING! Here is confirmation from an article in early October. Perhaps the Judge hasn't ruled yet:

The defendants are scheduled to return to court on Dec. 6 when Burke could decide if the cases will be tried separately.

Max Gemma (29) accused of allegedly helping clean up after the fact; out on bond; no court date set.
