DITTO. There is a difference between going into denial and denying the obvious. Thanks Gardenista for posting the video. I'd better keep my comments to myself.
I wonder if she will be called to testify at his trial?
Sounds like if the family has any say, there WILL be a trial and no plea deal. Does NY ever televise their trials because because I'd sign up for PPV to watch it.
Chanel had bad scratches all over his arms and face and an injury to his hand. Did the cops do that to him in order to frame him, on the day of the crime?
he was walking around howard beach with a crowbar. Looking in parked car windows. Going into backyards. I dont think the residents care what color shirt he wore.
If this guy claims that he was mugged twice, I wonder who else he attacked, if anyone.
"One of my lieutenants who works in my office lives there, lives in the community and came to remember a stop," Chief of Detectives Robert Boyce said Monday. "He followed up on a memory of his when someone was stopped for suspicious behavior in that community."

Police believe an attacker tore at the victim’s clothes during the killing, with the jogger suffering scratches on the lower part of her body and scrapes on both legs. Police sources said there was bruising to her buttocks and the backs of her upper thighs. There were signs of vaginal and anal trauma, the sources said. Her panties were pulled down below her buttocks, the sources said.

I really hope that the clothes they found in his room that he wore on the day of the attack has blood on it. I don't believe he ever washed it. Or I'm just hoping he didn't."NYPD: Two types of DNA Tie Suspect to Murder"

Someone correct me if I am wrong, but, I believe I read that he said he was mugged again in October.Did CL claim he was mugged twice?? If so, I wonder if he was taken to the hospital Twice with unexplained cuts and bruising??.. It would be interesting to know the date of the other time he claimed he was mugged to see if it coincides with another woman killed..
I think the physical evidence is solid against the perp, but I do anticipate the defense fighting how the DNA was collected. I hope all the evidence collected will be deemed admissible in court.
