Brighton police are asking for the public's help to locate a missing 37-year-old Brighton man.

Kevin Prescott was last seen on South Winton Road in Brighton at 5 a.m. on Sunday, according to the Brighton Police Department. He was wearing a black leather jacket, black bandana and grey sneakers. Prescott has down syndrome and may be in need of medical attention, police said.

A Missing Vulnerable Adult Alert was issued for Prescott 11:53 a.m. on Sunday.

He is about 5 feet, 6 inches tall and weights approximately 190 pounds.
