Lauren's Funeral is today.
**********************************************
Of all the boyfriend situations we have seen, this mother seems the most competent.
I haven't seen anything that indicates there would be a warning sign to the family in this case.
Dad and Grandma asked the girls if they liked him and they said yes.
They observed him around the girls and they seemed to interact well with him and like him.
They did more than many families! Lauren's Mom and siblings are actually staying with her mother in law.
I have seen no one
credible say bad things about the suspect in this case.
They all are saying that he was such a nice guy, they can't believe this happened.
The closest I've seen is the coworker quoted in the article below saying he was seeing demons at night.
That would fit with the
rumor that he killed Lauren because he thought she was evil.
He is 30 years old... maybe Paranoid Schizophrenia? Seeing demons at night...
(This article backs up some of the topix posts for those who were reading that. Employment, coworker accounts and Allison suffering injuries herself.)

Three weeks ago, David L. Trebilcock asked a coworker if he could take a break during his shift at R Nursing Home.
When his coworker, Heather, went outside a few minutes later,
she found him sitting in a chair, looking lost.
He said he had been seeing demons at night, she said.
She brushed it off at the time, suggesting he get some sleep. Now, she wonders if the conversation was a sign of a mental breakdown.
Allison Belius, 36, tried to stop Trebilcock, suffering cuts herself.
John Belius said he would always talk to his children about their mothers boyfriend.
I always asked the girls if he was nice to them and if he was nice to mommy, he said.
I asked the questions because I wanted to see if there were any signs of abuse. But there was nothing.

Shes so precious to us, and we miss her so much, Danough said. Its so many lives that hes ruined by taking Lauren. Shes a big empty hole in our lives now.
And none of it makes sense to anyone, Danough said not her, not Laurens mother, Allison Belius, 36, and not the girls father, John Belius. Even state police dont seem to yet comprehend why Trebilcock might have decided to kill Lauren, they said.
The few times that Danough had seen Trebilcock, she said he seemed to get along with the two young girls and their 9-year-old brother, N.
I questioned the kids many times. Do you like him? Id ask, and they said they did, Danough said.
This is the same man who state police say entered the twins bedroom around 8:30 a.m. Tuesday, pushed a dresser to block the bedroom door moments before he allegedly began to repeatedly stab Lauren, right in front of her sister, E.
E, N and their mother (Allison) a graduate of Camden High School in the early 1990s
have been staying at Danoughs home ever since Belius woke up Tuesday morning to the screams of her daughter.
