wow - this guy is a total idiot!! So funny someone saw him RUN from the car - did he really think he was going to get away with this?? He probably killed her after he saw her text messaging - he took the phone from her - read her text messages - then went crazy.

I'm just a newbie, but I read that article, and I didn't see where he confessed. They've charged him, but I don't think he's confessed yet. I could have missed it-I've got 3 little ones running around in circles around me!! :crazy:

I feel for the family. I also feel for the children. these children have most likely bonded with her and now she is gone.

Sorry, we don't have the DP in NY. because of the confession and all of the evidence, I think he'll get 25-life. What do you think if they prove "crime of passion"?

He also goes away with his guy friends to AC? :noway: Nothing good happens in AC unless you're shopping the outlets. IF he had a girlfriend(s) that is worse, but I think it's the gambling problem that did him in. UGH he disgusts me!

I knew it was him the moment I saw the story. What is happening in this country? No remorse! Clearly this is a first degree murder case. No DP in New York, what a damn shame. I simply do not understand. So she wanted to leave. Big freakin' deal. How old is this scum? If he gets 25 years, he's out when he's in his 50's. Do they not have life w/o parole? How can someone who has marijuana for sale get 55 years to life and a murderer get 25? I do not get it.
