Did the ex-cop towards the end of the report say "We've been dumping bodies here for years"?

If this is not a coincidence, it would support the notion that the SK may think he is on a mission to rid OB of those he/she feels are "undesirable" (can't think of a good word for this). I think it is a possible clue and racism should be considered as part of his profile.
Oh Yes, I think you guys are on to something. It is hard to express in words I agree, but he could be on a mission to rid OB of those undesirables who come there to work. It seems pretty specific to me if one considers a prostitute to chooses to have children with people of a different race. And so this would be what his mission is, to stop these type of ladies from servicing OB's men and not to simply stop prostitution in OB. Make sense?
It seems so possible Redbird I wonder if the FBI has looked at this? Are they still working the case? I heard on the news they are cutting back now due to budget cuts.
Wow, this Atlantic City Retired Police Chief is "confident" that it is probably the same individual responsible for the Atlantic City and Long Island murders!!!

Thanks you SO very much for this link.
I have believed all along that the AC and the LI murders are indeed connected.

I feel that looking for leads on the internet isn't likely to bear fruit. It is too easy to mistake random noise on the web for something with an actual connection to the case.
While it's a challenge to deduce the truth in the real world when you are dealing with deceitful adversaries, I think it impossible to deduce much of anything in a world that is an abstract model of the reality.
I'm going to keep my eyes, mind, and feet in the physical world, close to the actual crime scenes.

Seems to me that there is a case to be made that certain known SK's or suspected SK's or war criminals/mass murderers who commonly think this way, are often Doctors, or have been Doctors..and use the excuse of trying to rid or end suffering/or undesirability...or even that the experience they gain from their torturing/ending of suffering has more intrinsic value than the life of the victim.
I think there have been quite a few...Joseph Mengele was one for starters.
Seriously the more I read...after reading at least 100 cases...I think men like this just want to kill...at the end of the day, after the manifestos and all the psyco babble is over,
they just wanted to kill...you, me.... whoever...
