Don't get me wrong, I don't think, this is a huma trafficking case at all
Fyi, human trafficking angle != human trafficking case. The key here is differentiating the sort of clientele to reduce the suspect pool. For example, streetwalker vs online ads. The sort of individual that might seek out a person standing on a street corner may very well differ from the sort who utilizes online ads to get their fix. There are also subcultures within the sex industry... bdsm, role play, sex parties, etcetera. And these cultures do not necessarily intermingle. Hence, the primary reason to even consider the trafficking angle is to evaluate the sort of events this particular culture freqents/sets up. Whether anything will actually come of it is another story altogether. However, the hotel Ms Waterman and her pimp used was a well-known sex-trafficking venue... the pimp chose that specific hotel for a reason.

Can you post where you found the original number? I can't find a match anywhere.
The number was in one of his tweets. But again, I think chasing this guy's google bombs is a waste of time.

Yep, he did ... What special service did Megan Waterman offer opposite to the other victims? BDSM, yes? However, the biggest BDSM "private" clubs are since years between Hell's Kitchen and Times Square as talk in the scene has it.

Help me remember, how did the various members of the GB 4 arrive to meet their John's? Via driver or were they all picked up?

If SG was the only one with a driver, then I have to think that whatever happened to her was not premeditated and is not related to the bodies found on Ocean Pkwy.

If SG was the only one with a driver, then I have to think that whatever happened to her was not premeditated and is not related to the bodies found on Ocean Pkwy.

There is not a single strand of evidence that suggests any of the original GB4 were killed by a John. As a matter of fact, this is what makes this case so complex. There are clear electronic trails back to all of their John's via phone records, email addresses and IP addresses. Even if they don't know the exact identity of some of the johns, LE can at least pinpoint the vicinity from where each of them called or emailed the victims. If they had any sort of common denominator between any of them, LE would be obligated to warn the public that there is a potential serial killer operating out of a certain area.

Of course, it is only natural to assume that it is a John who is doing all of the killing. But what if it is someone who is following a specific John around to let that John lead him to potential victims?

What if it is a John but not one any of them has been with recently?

What if the SK is working for a former employer (escort agency, pimp or sex slave trafficker) or for a competitor (another escort agency, pimp or sex slave trafficker)?

The more you think about it, the more you will realize that if the SK is not a mutual customer of the GB4 victims then more difficult he is making it for LE to track him down.

If it was as simple as the SK being one John who has hired each of the GB4 then it would be only a matter of time before LE caught up with him.

By the way, I am pleased to see that we are turning the focus back to hard, known facts and then throwing speculation/theories around based upon the facts (instead of Sleuthing people randomly).

With that being said, since I mentioned "common denominators", it would not hurt to revisit them. So what do we know about the GB4 that is common between each of them?

I'll start us off-

  • Each advertised Craigslist and/or Backpage.
  • Each currently worked independently (no known agency or pimp).

Please explain to me how this person is related to this case

For now I am chalking this up to internet noise, there could possibly be value in the post about SY and date rape etc. if we knew who made the post but we don't. We can all create any online persona in 60 seconds and say whatever we want pretending to be who we want. Due to anonymity via technology, the most important thing about this case, is to remember that not everyone is who they appear to be. It isn't that difficult to compromise others accounts and create distractions. Beware of noise, distractions and smoke screens, nobody slipped and fell in the water.

it's a ridiculous explanation about May 1st that someone has tried to spread.

sorry, not familiar with the phrase.:waitasec:

I assume that's in reference to one of the residents (possibly Gus? Can't remember) theorizing that she was not attacked, but fell into the water and was possibly swept away?

Correct me if I'm wrong, Truth.

As for that whole internet noise thing, I think there's something perhaps more than SEO bombing going on there, but damned if I know what they hell it is. For all we know it could be the strange ramblings of somebody suffering from mental illness.

I read about this on another thread here at WS and had a lightbulb moment. Could this be how the killer avoids detection? truthspider, since you are an IT person can you enlighten us on this technology? Thanks much.

You are not seeing any secret code to cover up some sort of secret Oak Beach society. As a matter of fact, all of the ramdom words you are reading are 100 percent computer generated.

This is a method of search engine optimization. Part of the way search engines like Google decide which websites rank the highest when related terms are searched is a the evaluation of a series of mathematical formulas that are based upon several key factors such as relevant terms that appear on a website, the number of other websites that link back to a website in reference to the relevant terms (or visa-versa), the number of popular search terms contained within the content of the webpages, etc...

What you see as a suspicious set of code words is actually a carefully placed relevant terms created using a random word generator that utilizes content from recently searched news terms, recently posted advertisements as well as popular common search terms (including historic places, people & events). These terms are carefully intertwined with specifically placed content that the web developer is looking to promote (like the name negoish, owner's name, or a paying client's relevent search terms.

All of this is being done in an attempt to virtually connect websites to make them look
popular and worthy of being placed on the first page of search engine results.

Good explanation seaslug, I'm with you 100%, but we should be interested in who utilized the google bombing account to perpetuate the idea that SY is a junkie filth, date rape drug administering rapist shouldn't we?

I'm not going to try too hard to figure out who did, I will just say 2 things, inspector gadget brought the posts to our attention, and gadget is a self described "web ninja". Google has implemented algorithms to weed out junk sites/blogs/etc. that are used for bombing and marketing. So I wonder how he came to stumble on these posts?

Inspector I have 2 questions for you:

Please provide us with the query (google search) you used that brought you upon this man's blog, so that we can believe that you found it while sleuthing and weren't responsible for creating it.

What did make you pick the name/character inspector gadget?

* for my activist WS posters, feel free to verify or check my hypothesis by googling SY or any such variation of his name, spellings, and any google search parameter you wish. I don't believe you will get those junk blog postings to turn up.

thanks in advance,
truthspider

These computer terms are almost over my head to grasp but I wanted to say that I came across almost the same junk blog postings when I googled the first and last name for SY. I did not know what it meant and was afraid to click on it. Doing another googled search a few minutes ago I came up with another that says "Prescription butcher", on page 18 of the search. I am completely confused. I did the first google search before Inspector Gadget brought it up.

Seaslug, thanks for your explanation. It makes sense now, and I agree at this point that it doesn't appear to be some kind of code. That said, this Negoish site has several Daytop members on his website listed as members, and there definitely is a link to ACI/SY since Dr. "C" is listed as a founder.

Truthspider, I agree that the date rape/human trafficking reference is of interest. I used Bing, and you can find the result on the 3rd page using a search of SY's first name, middle initial and last name. I can assure you that I wasn't responsible for creating it, but I would be very interested to understand the source of the post since whoever it is seems to have some knowledge of the person, or like you say, some type of vendetta (former employee, Fluke, etc.). Like I said, Truthspider, I think the police should look into this (who posted this, and why).

As for your second question, I heard someone mention IG on the radio the morning I signed up for my WS account, so it kinda popped into my mind. I used to watch Gadget as a kid, and hadn't heard the name since then. Seemed appropriate for a WS account, I dunno. Weird question, but asked and answered. And no, I'm not CPH.

I find the rehab angle of interest. I'm wondering if these "clinics" are being used as some sort of recruitment center for drug dealers, prescription drug running or some form of human trafficking. It's possible that the GB4 were somehow not down with being pimped or forced into some organized drug running operation. We know the cartels in Mexico use rehab clinics as a recruitment center, so it's possible that something like that is going on here. These clinics maintain a DEA license (probably hard to get), they have thousands of drug addicts throughout the region going in and out every year, some of them becoming "counselors" themselves. This is also a controversial therapy, linked to Synanon. Seems like a great place to exploit if I were an organized criminal enterprise.

Also, can someone please let me know what rehab center one of the GB4 entered? I can't find the name.

If you are using google, please provide us with the phrase or words you used to get any of the negoish pages in your result set.

I can tell you that I just did a fairly rigorous test and variations of SY's name will not return anything negoish. Are you sure you don't mean you googled the negoish owners name? MPB

* note, if you are using google in "history personalization" mode you will be getting results different from everyone else. for example redbird, if you have never googled MPB, and you google SY you will not get the negoish results, BUT if you are using pesonalization, and you googled MPB and visited the negoish sites, then later googled SY you may get the negoish spam in your result set.

I don't think I have been using any personalization mode. All I did was googled the first and last name of the person whose initials are SY. Here are two entries I got back. If this is not okay with mods, please remove. I removed the first and last name except for initials. I don't really understand what personalization mode is. You are over my head. I have never made any adjustments to Google.

yes you are right redbird, all the way out on page 14 you will finally come across those results. I didn't look that many pages out. so unless we could determine who made those posts......

I still believe they are smoke screens made by somebody, and I don't think this MPB person has valuable information on SY being the SK. If he did, would he leak it by injecting those statements into google bombing blog posts on myspace?

thanks for the due diligence redbird

you simply cannot put valid meaning behind randomly posted words and names (unless you are going to hang your hat on there being a supernatural presence assisting with investigation).

One entry reads; "Apple computers [BANKRUPT]".

Are we to then take this as a prophecy or a secret truth too? I think not.
