The gist I got from the article is that the death is non-criminal (ie: jogger had a heart attack and died) but I could be wrong.

That being said I do agree that they need to search the sides of the Wantagh, especially off the areas that have jogging paths. They also need to search the sides of the Sag and Southern State as I know for a fact that State Police have found bodies along those roads in the last few years.

@ Goathairjones, is this by the South Shore Mall? I was wondering where the ESU trucks were headed when I saw them before. That whole area around the mall is kind of shady especially north of Sunrise around the ARNG armory as you get into North Bay Shore.

I can't wait either, already I feel like this tells us that Pak and Diaz aren't culprits in anything. These guys work in the black markets/sex industry and they have now lost their camera shyness? Hmmm. They must feel safe that they will not be targeted by LE for the crimes we all know they have committed. I was open to the possibility that pak could have been charged with something (rico act), but now I firmly believe that they know they are safe from that possibility.

I think the key to the Michael Pak interview will be what he is able to reveal to us about SG's travels before Oak Beach. I recently discovered startling information about that night that only MP could have known;

Gilbert, then 23 and working as a prostitute, police say, had come from Jersey City to set up appointments with men responding to her Craigslist ad.

At the corner of 32nd Street and 6th Avenue, she pulled out her cellphone and called her driver, Michael Pak, he said. It was 10:02 p.m.
Her mood was calm, Pak would later recall. "She sounded normal," he said. "Everything was OK. Inside Pak's SUV, Gilbert changed into dark leather boots and posted an ad on Craigslist, he said. By midnight, she was at her first appointment, a man in a nearby apartment, Pak said.
Over the next six hours, Gilbert's work would unexpectedly take her from the city to a secluded community on Long Island's South Shore, and by early the next morning, she had vanished.

SG lived only a few blocks from the Grove street station for the PATH train. 33rd st & 6th ave are one of the PATH train stops. MP revealed to someone that SG's first stop was for a man in an apartment close by.

How many other appointments did she have before JB in Oak Beach and how many of them were out on Long Island too?

Our SK has made phone calls from Madison Square Garden, one block away from the 33rd st PATH station (and connected underground via walkways)!!!

Oak Beach is only a 45 minute drive from midtown in the late evening. She could have been with two or three other Johns that evening before going to meet JB (more if some of them were in Nassau county along the way).

The key to finding out who abducted SG originates in Midtown Manattan.

Will MP reveal the truth in his interview or has he been asked by law enforcement to avoid this line of questioning to protect the integrity of their investigation?

I think we will find out that the 15 minute drive JB and SG took was to meet with "Dr Outreach". I think JB was paid and manipulated into becoming the "outreach" part of the Docs intervention/outreach/rehab program to procure "at risk individuals". I think if JB had to answer any questions by the police very early on in the case(first month or two) he would have lied on the docs behalf.

I think during the missing 15 minutes, SG was confronted by CPH intervention style and he attempted to get her to "enter the program". I don't think JB is in the room for this. The Doc may have administered her a drug at this point, though I think what he called a "sedative" was probably a heavy anesthetic like Bupivacaine/Marcaine which takes a long time to take effect but also lasts much longer. I think when the doc and his program were rejected by SG he tried to convince her to stay by scaring her and telling her that she was in danger and that she needed him and this program, or that she was told various lies by him and by JB which obscured the truth to the point that SG started to question everyone involved, MP, JB, and CPH. Like a $hitty suprise party, it does takes cooperation to set someone up for an intervention. Ironically, I think that SG was intentionally heading back towards Larboard Court when she turned south at the gate.

I think the Doc selected SG based on some criteria and gave SG's contact info to JB, "The family wants me to do an intervention and get her off the streets". I think the Doc is able to select such at risk individuals based on criteria that he is able to obtain from a combination of interrogating victims over the phone, criminal records, state records, the foster system(SG), medical records, or some type of rehab outpatient list. Every victim has had some experience with arrest, rehab, or medical care/surgery. His license to practice "Emergency Medicine" expired in 2006 and with that I think he lost access to some of the methods/records he used to procure his victims. First turning to Atlantic City streetwalkers and then developing a closer to home procurement method: craigslist.

Once he found out SG was really missing he started to realize he was being used for something more sinister than an outreach program. Portions of some accounts by witnesses have been corroborated by sources familiar with the probe, while others could not be independently confirmed."

While the cvs lube and playing cards story is from 1 author for the "Star Ledger" which was then published on nj.com, the author doesn't give a disclaimer about trying to corroborate anything, and admits the pak interview took place over txt message.

I will let you decide the credibility of each article for yourselves. Everything in this case should be taken with salt, how much salt for each claim? We can only try.

I feel so sorry for the Gilbert's. I can't imagine the position they are in and they really are getting NOTHING from LE. I understand they have to preserve the integrity of the investigation, but the total black-out on information for the family seems especially cruel to me.

That is a good point, who could have known?

Pak could actually have known if SG told him via call or txt, JB of course, and now most likely LE. So it's possible that the family knows because Pak may have shared that info with them.


According to the Newsday source this mini-trip occurred shortly after SG arrived at JB's. Which does make it look like she was called by JB to come to JB's house for a purpose other than the norm.
